The use of new technology to carry out design research on intangible cultural heritage is an inevitable requirement to promote the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry and the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Taking Ruichang bamboo weaving,a national intangible cultural heritage project in China,as an example,the deep learning model and computer-aided technology are used to conduct research on the protection of Ruichang bamboo weaving to solve the problems of lack of patterns in Ruichang bamboo weaving due to the lack of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,and the lack of innovation and inefficiency in manual design of bamboo weaving patterns.This study introduces the deep learning model in machine learning to generate experiments on Ruichang traditional bamboo patterns;meanwhile,it carries out the theoretical research and innovative practice of deep learning model in the design of online interactive display of intangible cultural heritage projects.The specific method is to combine the preliminary field survey,Ruichang bamboo weaving market research,and in-depth interview with national-level non-genetic inheritors of Ruichang bamboo weaving and their disciples,collect Ruichang bamboo weaving traditional pattern samples,use the generative adversarial network(GAN)model in deep learning,debug and input reasonable parameters,and use the deep learning framework to achieve machine learning and the generation of new patterns of Jiangxi Ruichang bamboo weaving[1].The generated patterns can be applied to both economic and cultural aspects.In the economic aspect,it can be applied to the research of non-heritage artifacts design,and the experimental patterns can be applied to physical artifacts design and virtual non-heritage experience design;in the cultural aspect,it can effectively expand the library of Ruichang bamboo weaving patterns and help the dissemination of Ruichang bamboo weaving non-heritage projects.This study applies the generated patterns to the online interactive display application of bamboo weaving in Ruichang,open up the online dissemination channels of the bamboo weaving cultural heritage.This study effectively uses computer-aided technology and deep learning to accelerate the protection and utilization of non-heritage.At the same time,it provides new methods and new ideas for generative confrontation network technology in the development of traditional handicraft products and the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
