With the intensification of water pollution problems, finding a practical solution to prevent damage to the earth has become a topic of common concern in the world.Although there are many ways to treat toxic compounds in sewage, some methods are limited by high cost and long preparation cycle, which make them unable to be widely used.Metal nanoparticle catalysts synthesized by green chemical methods have received more and more attention in the removal of toxic organic compounds in wastewater due to their low cost and environmental friendliness. In this research,we want to prepare copper nanoparticles(Cu NPs)and their composite materials through one or more simple, fast and green methods and explore their catalytic performance, stability and reusability. The specific research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)A simple hydrothermal method was used to prepare Cu NPs,and the influence of reaction temperature, time, and the ratio of aconitic acid(reducing agent)to copper source on the particle size of Cu NPs was explored.Use XRD and other physical characterization to analyze the dispersion of the sample. In addition,Cu NPs prepared by aconitic acid were studied as a catalyst to degrade organic pollutants at room temperature, including three nitrophenols(NP)(removal rate>80%),amino black-10B(AB-10B),methylene blue(MB)and xylenol orange(XO)three dyes(removal rate>95%),and then study the reaction kinetic equation.(2)Using green coffee bean plant extract(GE)to synthesize Cu NPs with better dispersibility by simple hydrothermal reaction,no other reducing agent and dispersant need to be added during the synthesis process.According to some physical characteristics, the obtained Cu NPs have a small particle size(5-8 nm)and good dispersion. In order to further explore the catalytic degradation performance of Cu NPs synthesized by GE,in the presence of sodium borohydride(NaBH4),the prepared Cu NPs were used as a catalyst to catalyze the degradation of a variety of organic dyes,NPs and nitrobenzene compounds.(3)Aiming at the shortcomings of the Cu NPs prepared in the previous two chapters, the green coffee bean powder(GP)cellulose body was used as a carrier and some of the components were used as reducing agents and dispersing agents to prepare nano-copper/green by hydrothermal method.Coffee bean crushed composite material(Cu/GP C).Using XPS and other physical characteristics to test the prepared samples. In order to test the actual catalytic performance of the prepared sample,we used the prepared Cu/GP C as a catalyst to reduce the three compounds of 4-NP,MB and XO in the actual water body(removal rate>85%).Subsequently,in order to prove the recyclability and reusability of the prepared samples,a simple catalytic reduction device was built using the synthesized Cu/GP C to quickly catalytically reduce MB for many times, and was used to simulate industrial catalytic bed cycles for many times catalyticThe experimental results show that, compared with Cu NPs prepared by aconitic acid and GE,there is no need to add other reducing agents and dispersants during the preparation of Cu/GP C,and it can be recovered by simple filtration and recycled after the catalytic reaction Reduce the cost and the loss of Cu NPs into the nature with the catalytic experiment, avoiding unnecessary pollution.Therefore,Cu/GP C prepared by using plant extracts has a good industrial application prospect in the catalytic degradation of organic pollutants in real sewage, and is expected to be put into actual production and use on a large scale.
