Study On The Application Of Negative Oxygen Ions Powder In Leather Production

There is a close relationship between negative oxygen ions and human health,which is very beneficial to human health and longevity.The concentration of negative oxygen ions in the air can not only reflect the quality of air and environment,but also be regarded as an important factor affecting health and longevity.Due to the positive effect of negative oxygen ion on human health,the application of negative oxygen ion powder in tanning was studied in this paper.It is hoped that the addition of negative oxygen ions can improve the health and functionality of the leather products.In this study,the effects of negative oxygen ion powder on the release amount of negative oxygen ion and the comprehensive index of leather were studied by adding negative oxygen ion powder in the filling,dyeing fixing and finishing of leather.The experimental results show that the negative oxygen ion powder used in dyeing fixing and finishing can greatly increase the release amount of negative oxygen ion,but the comprehensive properties of leather decline,affecting the use of leather properties.When applied in the filling process,negative oxygen ion powder can stably exist in the leather,and can release a large number of negative oxygen ions stably,and the fullness and flatness of the leather have been effectively improved.In the filling process,the best leather properties and the release of negative oxygen ions can be obtained under the conditions of time 60 min,temperature 50?,dosage 4% and liquid ratio 100%.Through the practical application of automotive seat leather,adding negative oxygen ion powder in the filling process,the leather can not only release negative oxygen ion,but also the physical properties of leather such as tearing force,folding resistance and softness to meet the standard requirements of car seat leather and meet the practical use.Negative oxygen ion powder in the application of leather in the leather industry in our country belongs to the frontier,its successful development can effectively increase the added value of the product itself,at the same time can enhance the market competitiveness of leather products,meet the needs of people on the ecological health,to create greater economic benefits for the enterprise,in line with the current state of leather industry put forward the requirement of ecological and green,For China's leather industry from extensive development to ecological environmental protection has taken a solid step.
