With the development of modern industry,people's demand for oil and gas resources is increasing.my country has become a major fossil energy consumer in the world.The flow of fluid in pipelines is one of the most important collection parameters in the process of energy extraction.In gas well collection Real-time display and monitoring of pipeline flow can obtain current flow information.According to this information,the current production efficiency of gas wells can be obtained,so as to improve and optimize the current mining system equipment,reduce mining costs and energy consumption in the mining process.The purpose of this paper is to measure the flow rate of gas-liquid mixed fluid under different water cut conditions in gas wells.It is used to investigate the acquisition process of oil and gas wells and simulate the gas-liquid mixed fluid on site.It is concluded that the flow velocity distribution in the pipeline is roughly the same under different water cuts.,The flow velocity on the two walls is low and the middle is high.The corresponding sensor distance is determined by simulation results to exceed 130 mm,and a thermal flowmeter detection system based on the temperature difference method has been designed.This set of flowmeter system includes temperature information acquisition module,high-precision flow information measurement circuit based on temperature difference method,software system and host computer based on information acquisition circuit in the acquisition of oil and gas wells.After designing a complete set of systems,the software and hardware systems were debugged separately.After completion,joint debugging was carried out.Then a gas-liquid two-phase flow experiment platform was built in the laboratory,the corresponding parameters were changed and the indoor experiment was performed,and the corresponding data was finally recorded And start to analyze.The results of the experiment show that the temperature difference flowmeter measurement system designed in this paper can operate stably,and can accurately measure the flow rate of the mixed fluid of natural gas and water.The final measurement accuracy(within the required range of ±8%),according to the measured data Corresponding data curves are drawn on the host computer to provide intuitive data for the flow measurement tasks of low-and medium-production wells in oil and gas fields.
