Flexographic printing is a common letterpress printing method,which has a wide range of applications in the field of packaging printing and printed electronics.There are many factors that affect the quality of flexographic printing,and the deformation of the printing plate is an important factor that affects the quality of the printing.The thesis is combined with the flexographic printing process,and the analysis on the microscopic deformation of the flexographic lines and dots will help the flexographic printing quality control.And the analysis is also of great significance to the improvement of the flexographic printing quality.The thesis studies the printing plate from dots and lines of flexographic.The thesis is used the basic theory of contact mechanics to analyze the printing pressure and maximum printing pressure of flexographic plates,and proposes the concept of elastic coefficient of flexographic lines and dots,substrate and adhesive backing.By constructing the micro-deformation analysis model of lines and dots,testing the elastic modulus of flexographic plate and the adhesive,and verifying the method of micro-deformation of lines and dots by finite element analysis method analyzes the validity of the model.Compression experiments on the flexographic plate and the plate adhesive found that the compressive elastic modulus of the flexographic plate and the plate adhesive was much smaller than the elastic modulus of the impression cylinder,and showed a non-linear growth with the increase of compression.The analysis of flexographic printing pressure and maximum printing pressure shows that during the flexographic printing process,the printing pressure and maximum printing pressure increase nonlinearly with the increase of the combined pressure.A reasonable control of the combined pressure is of great significance for controlling the microscopic deformation of the line dots.,Is also the most effective way to ensure the quality of printing.The flexographic line micro-deformation analysis model can quantitatively analyze the relationship between the elastic modulus of the flexographic plate and the paste,the line height width and the inclination angle of the line width;the dot micro-deformation model analyzes the elastic modulus of the flexographic plate and adhesive backing,Dot coverage and the number of screen lines cause changes in the size of the top section of the dots.The thesis conducts an in-depth study on the micro-deformation of flexographic lines and dots under various conditions.If the relationship between the micro-deformation of the flexographic plate and the printing quality can be established,the relationship between printing conditions and printing quality will be effectively constructed.
