The integrity of high temperature alloy thread milling includes: analysis of thread processing requirements,optimization design of thread milling cutter,formulation of thread milling scheme,programming and processing simulation of NC program,geometric accuracy of thread after processing,residual stress,stress analysis of cutter,etc.Due to the shortcomings of traditional thread processing methods such as turning and tapping,such as low processing efficiency,large cutting force,unable to process large-diameter special-shaped internal thread,this paper chooses milling method to process large-diameter internal thread of superalloy.In the process of thread milling,it is difficult to process the thread with complete tooth profile by the tooth profile of the thread milling cutter without optimization.Different tool angles and different cutting parameters will lead to the changes of the residual stress on the machined thread surface and the stress on the tool.In this paper,based on the analysis of the processing requirements of Superalloy internal thread,the thread comb is selected to process the thread,and the tooth profile of the thread comb is optimized;the milling scheme of Superalloy internal thread is formulated,and the simulation processing is carried out based on UG and VERICUT to verify the rationality of the tool optimization design and the feasibility of the processing scheme.Based on ABAQUS,the finite element model of high temperature alloy internal thread milling is established.The influence of key tool parameters on cutting force is analyzed,and the optimal tool parameters are obtained under the condition of minimum cutting force.On the basis of the optimal tool parameters,the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and residual stress is further studied,and the optimal cutting parameter combination under the condition of minimum cutting force is obtained.After studying the milling of high temperature alloy internal thread through geometry and force angle,the cutting experiment of high temperature alloy internal thread is carried out by using the optimized cutting tool and cutting parameters.The results show that the accuracy of the actual processing thread meets the processing requirements.
