The new EU tire labeling regulations were implemented in 2012,and new requirements were put forward for the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance of"green tires".Therefore,it is urgent to further improve the performance of"green tires".As the part of the tire structure that contacts the ground,the tread rubber is most susceptible to dynamic loads and has the greatest impact on the overall rolling resistance and wet skid resistance of the tire.At present,the use of carbon black as the filler of tread rubber can no longer meet the requirements of new"green tires".Therefore,exploring the addition of environmentally friendly and pollution-free fillers to improve the dynamic mechanical properties of tread rubber has important research significance and development prospects.In this study,natural rubber was used as the matrix,and different methods were used to modify silica and graphene oxide to prepare different fillers,which improved the dispersibility of the filler in the rubber matrix and strengthened the filler and matrix.The interface interaction effectively improves the dynamic mechanical properties of the rubber composite material,which reduces the rolling resistance and improves its wet skid resistance.In this paper,the vulcanization accelerator N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide(CBS)is grafted onto graphene oxide(GO)as a modifier,and then further reduced with hydrazine hydrate to prepare a modified reduced oxidation Graphene particles(H-C-GO).The dispersibility of H-C-GO particles in rubber has been greatly improved,and during vulcanization,the CBS grafted on H-C-GO particles reacts with the rubber molecular chain to form a covalent bond,which enhances the interface between the filler and the matrix.effect.Through the performance test,it is found that adding 3 parts of H-C-GO particles to the matrix increases the wet skid resistance by about 60%compared with the addition of unmodified GO,the rolling resistance is reduced by about 40%,and the mechanical properties are also greater.Ascending,the tear strength is 37.5 N/mm,the elongation at break is 658.4%,and the tensile strength reaches 26.1 MPa.After the silane coupling agent N-(?-aminoethyl)-?-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(KH792)is grafted with silica(SiO2),it undergoes amidation reaction with the carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber.Silica and rubber molecular chains are bonded to prepare styrene butadiene rubber modified silica(SBR-SiO2)particles,which are then added to natural rubber latex to prepare rubber composites.The silica modified by this method can be tightly combined with the matrix,and the dispersibility has also been greatly improved,reducing energy dissipation under dynamic loads.In addition,compared with the traditional method of bonding the filler to the rubber molecular chain during the vulcanization process,the silica modified by this method avoids the aggregation of the filler due to the fluidity of the rubber at the initial stage of vulcanization.The performance test shows that the wet skid resistance of SBR-SiO2/NR composite material is 8.5%higher than that of Si69-SiO2/NR composite material,and the rolling resistance is reduced by 15.1%.The prepared H-C-GO particles and SBR-SiO2 particles are blended in different proportions by mechanical blending to prepare composite fillers,and then latex blending is used to uniformly mix composite fillers and natural latex to prepare rubber composites.After testing the properties of rubber composites prepared by adding different proportions of composite fillers,it was found that when 30 parts of SBR-SiO2 particles and 1 parts of H-C-GO particles were added,the dynamic performance was The mechanical properties have been further improved,the wet skid resistance is better,the rolling resistance is lower,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are also the best.The tensile strength reaches 27.3 MPa,the elongation at break is 664.2%,and the tear strength is increased to 40.7 N/mm.
