Coke oven gas contains large amounts of fine particulate matter and naphthalene,these impurities will not only lead to the compression of coke oven gas compressor and cooling equipment and pipelines often severe congestion caused by the frequent rearrangement of the unit,poses serious poisoning of catalyst in the process of follow-up,cause catalyst deactivation,directly affect the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas.The existing purification equipment for low concentration of fine particles and naphthalene purification efficiency is low.Therefore,it is urgent to seek a kind of purification equipment with high purification efficiency,small occupation area,low consumption and high efficiency,so as to realize the collaborative purification of fine particles and naphthalene in coke oven gas.The high gravity purification technology has the advantages of high purification efficiency,convenient installation and maintenance,small occupation area and so on,and is suitable for the purification of coke oven gas.Therefore,this paper applied the high gravity purification technology to the collaborative purification of fine particulate matter and naphthalene in coke oven gas,and investigated the influence of different operating parameters on fine particulate matter and naphthalene in high gravity wet deep purification gas.First,cross flow rotating packed bed was used as purification equipment,fly ash and air were mixed to simulate the gas containing fine particulate matter,and the performance of high gravity wet deep purification of fine particulate matter in gas was studied by adjusting the operating parameters.The particle size distribution of dust was measured,and the effects of operating parameters,such as gas volume,liquid volume,high gravity factor and dust gas concentration,on the total dust removal efficiency were investigated.The results show that the particle size of dust is mainly distributed in the range of 91.3 nm?220 nm,and there is a small distribution in the range of 396 nm?1.48?m.When the inlet dust concentration is 50mg/m~3,the best operating conditions are:gas volume of 500 m~3/h,liquid volume of 0.8 m~3/h,high gravity factor of 122.9.Under these conditions,the total dust removal efficiency is99.67%.When the inlet dust concentration is changed,the dust removal efficiency is above94.56%.The cutting particle size of cross-flow rotating packed bed is about 0.09?m,and the removal efficiency of fine particles with particle size of 2.5?m is 99.5%.It shows that the high gravity wet purification technology has a good purification ability for low concentration of fine particulate gas.Secondly,the performance of high gravity wet deep purification of naphthalene in gas was studied by adjusting the operating parameters and using cross-flow rotating packed bed as purification equipment.The effects of gas volume,liquid volume,high gravity factor and other operating parameters on the purification efficiency were investigated.The results show that when the inlet concentration of naphthalene is 5 mg/m~3,the optimal operating conditions are as follows:gas volume of 500 m~3/h,liquid volume of 1.2 m~3/h,high gravity factor of122.9.Under these conditions,the purification efficiency reached 89.53%.It shows that the high gravity wet purification technology also has a good purification ability for low concentration naphthalene.Finally,the cross-flow rotating packed bed was used as the purification equipment,and the performance of high gravity wet method in the purification of fine particles and naphthalene in gas was studied by adjusting the operating parameters.The results show that when the concentration of fine particles is 50 mg/m~3and the concentration of naphthalene is 5mg/m~3,the optimal operating conditions are as follows:gas volume of 500 m~3/h,liquid volume of 1.2 m~3/h,and high gravity factor of 122.9.Under these conditions,the purification rate of fine particles and naphthalene reached 99.23%and 83.1%by the high gravity purification technology.It shows that the high gravity purification technology is suitable for the collaborative purification of low concentration fine particulate matter and naphthalene.High gravity purification technology has a good purification ability for low concentration of fine particulate matter and low concentration of naphthalene,indicating that high gravity purification technology can realize the collaborative purification of fine particulate matter and naphthalene in coke oven gas,and has a good application prospect.
