The urgent demand for renewable energy has promoted the rapid development of solar cells.Among them,organic solar cells with simple preparation processes and good mechanical flexibility and perovskite solar cells with large light absorption coefficient and high carrier mobility are used as current research hotspots have received extensive attention from scholars.However,limited to the band gap width of these two types of materials,the prepared devices tend to absorb the visible part of the solar radiation spectrum,which accounts for only about half of the total spectrum,resulting in the mismatch between the absorption spectrum and the incident spectrum.At the same time,the high-energy ultraviolet photons which cannot be absorbed by the active layer materials will cause irreversible damage to the structure and interface of the battery,resulting in the decline of the photoelectric performance of the device.In theory,we can reduce the damage of UV light to the device by adding UV filters to improve the UV stability of the cells,but this will make the UV part of the spectrum unable to enter the battery for effective use,resulting in the reduction of PCE.In this article,we hope that by using the down conversion characteristics of organic fluorescent dyes,we can not only reduce the incidence of UV light in the device,improve the UV stability of the cells,but also convert high-energy UV light into visible light that can be used by the cells,so as to improve the utilization rate of UV light.After preliminary experimental research,we selected the blue fluorescent material Polyfluorene and green fluorescent material 4CzIPN as the down conversion materials,and made transparent down conversion films by spin coating method,which were coated on the light incidence surface of perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells,effectively improved the UV stability of the cells,at the same time,we added the film The PCE loss of the light conversion layer is controlled within 5%.
