With the popularization and modernization of information technology,product information gradually becomes transparent.In addition to product quality and price,peer competition also involves non-price competition including after-sales warranty services.Therefore,in order to reduce the competitive pressure of enterprises,the research of warranty strategy came into being.Relying only on manufacturers or users to independently carry out maintenance support work can easily lead to unreasonable allocation of maintenance support resources and poor economy.It is difficult to meet support needs and affect the availability of equipment.Therefore,based on the existing repairive maintenance-oriented warranty strategy,preventive maintenance is introduced,and combined strategies such as free warranty,proportional warranty,and extended warranty are studied to maximize the benefits of equipment maintenance support at the lowest possible economic cost.It is of great significance to improve and reduce the risk of failure.As a complex equipment integrated system,the machining center has various component failures,strong correlation,difficulty in determining the cause of the failure,multiple maintenance support technical requirements,and high maintenance support costs.Therefore,this article takes the machining center as the research object.Based on the establishment of its failure intensity model,calculation of its early failure time and accidental failure period time,the basic warranty period strategies such as free maintenance and proportional maintenance under the post-minimum maintenance assumption are respectively studied,providing The optimal warranty period strategy for manufacturers and consumers when extending the warranty,as well as the manufacturer's incomplete preventive maintenance strategy under warranty conditions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Fault intensity modeling of machining centerIgnoring the influence of maintenance time,the failure process of machining center can be described by random point process.Based on the random censored data of 13 machining centers of the same model,the total fault time method is introduced to preprocess the fault data.The graphic method and statistical method are used to test the trend of fault data.On the basis of non-homogeneous Poisson process and bathtub curve,the strong fault is assumed The degree function obeys the double Weibull process model,and the fault data is fitted by lstopt.The fitting test is carried out by calculating the fitting index,and the early failure period and accidental failure period of the machining center are calculated.(2)Establishment of basic warranty strategy for machining centerConsidering the reality,under the assumption that the basic warranty period only carries out the minimum maintenance after the event,the cost analysis is carried out from the perspective of the manufacturer,and the warranty strategies are formulated for the two kinds of machining centers including and excluding the early failure period.When the manufacturer of machining center provides the buyer with basic warranty,based on the perspective of manufacturer's cost,the manufacturer's cost is calculated The variable cost related to the warranty period of free maintenance and pro rata warranty strategy for two kinds of machining centers with and without early failure period is calculated,and the optimal warranty strategy and optimal warranty period are determined.(3)Development of non basic warranty strategy for machining centerWhen the manufacturer provides extended warranty,the optimal warranty policy choice between the manufacturer and the user,and the strategy research when the manufacturer carries out incomplete preventive maintenance on the machining center under the condition of free warranty.When the manufacturer of machining center provides extended warranty for users,the number of extended warranty with fixed time is studied from the perspective of manufacturer's income.With the increase of the number of extended warranty with fixed time,the manufacturer's income first decreases,then increases and then decreases inthe whole life cycle of the product,and there is a maximum value in the contingency period.Then,based on the perspective of users,whether to purchase extended warranty or not is studied The warranty scheme is studied to analyze whether the user should choose to buy the extended warranty provided by the manufacturer.Research vendors provide optimal warranty strategies based on the least cost under incomplete preventive maintenance.
