Perovskite is a new kind of luminescent material.In order to optimize its properties,more and more researchers have studied it and developed many methods to improve its performance.The most common synthesis method is the hot injection method,but this method requires atmosphere protection and the operation is complicated,so the mass production is limited.Because lead halogen perovskite contains toxic component-lead element,it will cause great harm to the environment.Based on the above problems,Perovskite nanocrystals were synthesized by solvothermal method in this paper,and use doping method to replace part of lead ions,so as to achieve the effect of low toxicity.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 composite nanocrystals were synthesized by solvothermal method.The method does not require nitrogen protection throughout the process and is simple to operate.Firstly,cesium carbonate is dissolved in oleic acid and non-polar solvent under the condition of ultrasound to prepare cesium precursor solution.After that,the precursor solvent of lead bromide and cesium and the surface ligand were added into the reaction kettle and put it in the oven to react,let it cool down,the composite nanocrystalline solution of CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 was obtained.At the same time,a variety of variables were changed and the composite nanocrystals were characterized.(2)Using the same synthesis method,lead acetate and lead bromide were used as lead sources,and Mn2+was directly doped into the structure of CsPbBr3 successfully,and the Mn2+doped nanocrystals were characterized in various ways.(3)In this paper,the above two kinds of nanocrystals were mixed with polycarbonate respectively,and the nanocrystalline/polycarbonate fiber film was successfully prepared by electrospinning technology.The optical properties of the composite fiber films were characterized by PL spectrum test,and the thermal properties of the composite fiber membrane were characterized.
