When electronic integrated circuits reach their limits in terms of information processing speed, optical integrated circuits are expected to replace electronic circuits to solve the problems of high-speed information transmission and processing. The nanolasers at wavelength or subwavelength scale have become one of the key devices to realize optical integrated circuits due to its low power consumption and fast modulation speed. In this paper, the photoluminescence spectra and optical microscopic images of a ZnO nanowire microcavity under high pressure was systematically studied by means of diamond anvil cell and micro-nano optical characterization. The main work was as follows:(1)Single crystal ZnO nanowires were prepared by chemical vapor deposition.High-quality single crystal ZnO nanowires with uniform morphology and sharp edges have been successfully prepared by controlling the temperature, pressure and carried gas flow in a quartz tube furnace.(2)The high pressure micro-nano optical technology based on diamond anvil cell was developed and improved to realize the measurement of optical properties of a ZnO nanowire under high pressure conditions.(3)The pressure regulation behavior of a ZnO nanowire was systematically studied. It is found that the blue shift of spectrum with the pressure-induced broadening of the band gap and the pressure-dependent e-exponent of the threshold value of the optical maser behavior are reversible. In conclusion,in this paper,we systematically studied the lasing behavior of a ZnO nanowire under high pressure by using the self-built high pressure in situ micro-nano spectroscopy characterization equipment, and reveal the law of the change of the lasing behavior of a ZnO nanowire with pressure, which is of great significance for the device preparation and property regulation based on nanolasers.
