| The aggregation-induced luminescence(AIE)effect provided a new direction for the research and development of luminescent materials and stimulated the research interest of the majority of scientific researchers.Now,more and more new AIE materials are synthesized and applied in fields such as biochemical analysis.Fluorescent probes have the advantages of simplicity,low cost,high sensitivity and real-time detection capabilities.They can effectively detect various substances and have attracted attention because of their good applicability in the environment.The fluorescence sensor constructed with AIE molecules has the advantages of high selectivity and high sensitivity,so it has good application value in analysis and detection.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following research aspects:1.The tetraphenylethylene bis-carboxylic acid ligand 1,2-diphenyl-1,2-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)ethylene(dpeb)and transition metal ions Cd2+,Co2+and Zn2+are used to constructthreeCPs,whichare[Cd(dpeb)(DMA)]n(1),{[Co2(dpeb)2(DMA)2]·3DMA}n(2),{[Zn2(μ3-O)0.5(dpeb)1.5(H2O)0.5]·CH3OH·H2O}n(3).CP1 forms a one-dimensional chain structure.CP2 and CP3 form a two-dimensional structure by the connection of secondary building units SBUs through dpeb.Through the research,it is found that CP1-3 can detect Fe3+,Cr O42-,Cr2O72-,S2-,nitrofurazone and nitrofurantoin in aqueous solution.The Ksv values of CP1 are 5.0×10~3,1.1×10~3,6.1×10~3,4.3×10~4,6.7×10~4,5.1×10~3 M-1,respectively.2.Based on the mixed ligand strategy,chelating assistant ligands 2,2’-bipyridine(2,2’-bipy)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)were introduced with tetraphenylvinyl DPEB as the main ligand.We have constructed three new complexs 4-6 with Cd2+and Zn2+,which are{[Zn(dpeb)(2,2’-bipy)(H2O)]}(4),{[Cd(dpeb)(phen)(H2O)]}(5),{[Zn(dpeb)(phen)]·H2O}n(6).CP4 and CP5 are both zero-dimensional dinuclear structures.CP6 is a one-dimensional carboxylic acid chain formed by dpeb and Zn2+,and then forms a one-dimensional structure with phen.After performing a series of basic characterizations on CP4 and CP5,we have explored their ability to detect anions,cations,and antibiotics.It is found that CP4 and CP5 can achieve targeted detection of Fe3+,Cr O42-,nitrofurazone and nitrofuranto.The detection effect of CP4 is better,and the Ksvvalues of CP4 are 2.5×10~3,2.3×10~3,1.7×10~3,and 8.6×10~4 M-1,respectively.The LOD value is 2.42×10-8,2.63×10-8,3.55×10-8,2.14×10-7 M-1.3.We have constructed a series of CPs using carbazole dicarboxylic acid tetraphenylethylene ligand 1,2-bis(4-carboxybenzene)-1,2-stilbene(dbfb),dbfb and Cd2+,Co2+and Mn2+.They are{[Cd(dbfb)(DMA)2]·H2O}n(7),[Cd(dbfb)2(DMA)2]n(8),[Mn(dbfb)(DMA)]n(9)and{[Co(dbfb)(DMA)]·DMA}n(10).CP7 and CP10 form a one-dimensional structure.CP8 and CP9 form a two-dimensional structure.It is found that CP9 and CP10 have an antiferromagnetic interaction. |
