With the development of China's socialist market economy and under the initiative of the community with a Shared future for mankind,the development of energy has attracted the attention of the whole society and even the whole world.Although natural gas is one of the three main fossil fuels,but due to the development and production,warehousing,transportation,and has more advantages in price,and the carbon dioxide produced by burning is far lower than the traditional energy such as coal oil,so technically or development,natural gas can be used as a clean energy and cohesion of traditional energy and other new clean energy,more the implementation of the state advocates green healthy sustainable development.As the construction of clean energy industry needs a lot of technology to support,the problem of capital has always been a key problem plaguing the development of clean energy industry.Therefore,the wisest way to solve this key problem is to enter the capital market and increase the access to capital.The capital market in our country,there are two ways: one is for an initial public offering(hereinafter referred to as"IPO),another is the backdoor listing,but the way of the IPO process is extremely complex and long cycle cost is too high,and the public in an IPO way long audit time,is likely to lead to business lost during this period to help the development of business opportunities.Therefore,backdoor listing with relatively simple process and short time is recognized by many enterprises and gradually becomes the first choice for many emerging enterprises to enter the capital market.This article takes BC company as the object and uses case analysis to study the impact of backdoor listing on BC company's long-term and short-term financial performance through the case of BC company's backdoor WH group listing.This article first briefly describes the research literature of Chinese and foreign scholars on the backdoor listing;secondly,it briefly introduces the current development of the clean energy industry and the problems existing in its development process,and briefly introduces the case of BC company backdoor WH Group listing;secondly,the use of events The research method evaluates the short-term financial performance of BC company,and the financial indicator analysis method EVA method evaluates the long-term financial performance of BC company,combining the above three methods to comprehensively analyze the impact of backdoor listing on its financial performance.Through this research,analyze the impact of backdoor listing on BC companies,and summarize the experience and enlightenment of backdoor listing for the clean energy industry based on the basic conditions of the capital market.
