With the rapid development of new technology,the demand of CNC hobbing machine for machining accuracy and efficiency is also higher and higher.Generally,hydrostatic support can meet the requirements of high precision and high efficiency machining of CNC machine tools.In many applications of hydrostatic support,hydrostatic guide rail is an important part of large CNC gear hobbing machine.Among them,improving the working stability of hydrostatic guide rail is an important link to maintain the accuracy of guide rail.There are many factors affecting the stability of guide rail,such as oil inlet pressure,flow rate,oil film thickness,oil chamber structure size,throttle and working condition of worktable.This paper mainly designs the oil film thickness and the working condition acquisition system of the worktable,studies the oil film thickness changes of the rotary worktable under different working speeds,and takes the closed constant pressure hydrostatic guide rail of MTX CNC gear hobbing machine independently developed by the laboratory as the research object,which mainly includes the following parts:1.The research status of hydrostatic guideway is analyzed and summarized.According to the characteristics of capillary throttling closed hydrostatic guideway,the hydrostatic guideway model is simplified,and the performance equation of hydrostatic guideway of MTX CNC hobbing machine is deduced;2.The fluid simulation calculation model is established,and the fluid control equation is derived.The simulation model of pressure oil in the oil chamber is established by using the fluid module of COMSOL multiphysics software,and the vector distribution nephogram of pressure field and velocity field inside the guide rail is obtained.The simulation results have guiding significance for the optimization of the guide rail;3.The communication between client and server is realized by using OPC technology,and the system of reading CNC hobbing machine data from OPC client is established.The communication between PC and NC system is completed according to OPC server.At the same time,the human-computer interaction interface is established,which is convenient for the operator to collect the system data;4.The communication between Siemens S7-200 smart PLC and smart line 700 ie V3touch screen is designed,and the PLC program is written through setp 7-micro / win smart development environment.At the same time,the upper computer of handheld human-machine interface is developed independently,and the oil film thickness data is collected;5.The industrial Ethernet is used to connect and communicate with the acquisition system,and the system is applied to the CNC gear hobbing machine.The sliding average filtering algorithm is selected,and the signal is filtered and deburred.Finally,the relationship between the speed of the rotary table and the oil film thickness is obtained.The results provide a reference for maintaining the stability of oil film thickness.
