Perovskite solar cells are the most rapidly developing and promising new generation of solar cells,and the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)achieved are about 23.3%.Most of these high-efficiency perovskite solar cells usually use ITO as transparent electrode,which have great limitations in preparation cost and flexibility.In order to save costs and broaden the application fields,researchers have also attempted to replace ITO with the oxide/metal/oxide(OMO)structured transparent conductive film while focusing on improving battery efficiency.So far,there are less reports on transparent conductive films with OMO structure in perovskite solar cells,while the reported OMO-based solar cells generally demonstrate poor performance with low PCE.In this paper,we have designed WO3/Ag/SnO2(WAS)and WO3/Ag/WO3(WAW)multilayer structures with good visible light transmittance and conductivity,and explored their applications in high performance perovskite solar cells.The specific work is as follows:firstly,combined with theoretical simulation and experimental results,a highly transparent and high-conductivity multilayer film of WO3(23nm)/Ag(10.7nm)/SnO2(35nm)structure are prepared.Then,the solar cell with the structure of glass/WAS/MAPb I3/Spiro-OMe-TAD/Mo O3/Ag is successfully constructed,in which the traditional ITO bottom electrode is replaced by the WAS film.The experimental results show that the battery has low efficiency.By further modifying the SnO2 nanoparticles on the WAS film to improve the electron transfer capability,the PCE of the battery is increased to 14%,which is much higher than the reported OMO-based perovskite solar cells.Secondly,a WO3(35nm)/Ag(12nm)/WO3(39nm)multilayer film with high transmittance and conductivity is prepared by electron beam evaporation,and its transmittance to visible light is up to 91%.To realize the preparation of a transparent perovskite solar cell ITO-WAW,the WAW film is used as a top electrode instead of silver.The test results show that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 14.1%and11.3%can be achieved when the illumination is from ITO and WAW side respectively.In addition,the ITO bottom electrode is further replaced by WAS film and the ITO-free transparent perovskite solar cell based on WAS-WAW are attempted.The study found that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of this battery is up to 11%,which provides an experimental basis for the further application of flexible batteries.
