Two-dimensional perovskite solar cells(2D PSCs)have become a research hotspot in the field of solar cells due to their excellent photoelectric properties and stability.However,some practical problems limit its wide application.First,the stability of perovskite solar cells needs to be further improved;secondly,the preparation process of perovskite solar cells is often complicated and needs to be further optimized to achieve low-cost applications;finally,the efficiency of two-dimensional perovskite solar cells need to be further improved.This article starts from the three aspects,and obtains a more stable and efficient two-dimensional perovskite solar cell by replacing the cation source of the two-dimensional perovskite solar cells and using additives.The specific content is as follows:(1)Phenethylammonium acetate(PEAAc)and phenethylammonium iodide(PEAI)were used as organic cation sources to prepare two-dimensional perovskite(PEA)2MA2Pb3I10 films and solar cell devices.Through the strong ionic force between Ac-and Pb2+,the crystallization process of the perovskite is delayed,and a high-quality perovskite film is obtained.The overall performance of perovskite solar cells has been improved,especially the fill factor(FF)has been increased by 25.4%,and the power conversion efficiency(PCE)has been increased from 6.27%to 6.77%.The air stability,light stability and thermal stability of the device have also been enhanced.The test results show that PEAAc as an organic cation source can be used as a.simple,effective and low-cost way to improve the overall performance of two-dimensional perovskite solar cells.(2)Methyl ammonium chloride(MACI)was used as an additive to improve the efficiency of the two-dimensional perovskite(ThMA)2MA2Pb3I10 solar cells.By comparing the effects of four different concentrations of additives on the performance of perovskite films and devices.We found that the appropriate concentration of MACl additives can improve the crystallinity and crystal orientation of the two-dimensional perovskite,and increase the open circuit voltage(Voc),short-circuit current density(Jsc)and fill factor of the devices,finally the optimized power conversion efficiency of solar cell devices increased from 1.07%to 9.14%.It shows that through additive engineering.simple solution processing methods can effectively adjust the crystallization process of two-dimensional perovskite,which provides a reference for further improving the performance of two-dimensional perovskite solar cells.
