The paper based bionic sandwich composite has a wide application prospect in the furniture industry because of its characteristics of light weight,high strength and design ability.Although the mechanical strength of traditional honeycomb paper based sandwich composite board meets the requirements of use,the structure of large hole and large wall is not easy to edge sealing and drilling.Therefore,a kind of corrugated sandwich composite board with small wall and small hole for furniture is proposed in this paper.On the basis of enhancing the bearing capacity,the edge of the board also has certain edge sealing performance and screw holding performance.In this paper,the structure of corrugated core layer was optimized and innovated,and a new type of corrugated sandwich core structure composite board was prepared,the bearing capacity,edge sealing performance and screw holding performance of the composite board were tested,and the comprehensive performance influence system was established,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for its application and performance research.1.The paper has optimized the structure of the traditional corrugated paper sandwich.The optimized core structure has the advantages of light weight,high strength,edge sealing and nail holding.The core layer to corrugated Angle,and the core layer cutting Angle as the design variables.Aiming at the optimization of comprehensive performance,the structural form optimization was carried out by using the analysis method combining experiment and theoretical deduction.The edge compression strength theory of different Angle of corrugated Angle was established,and the average relative error was controlled to 16%by comparing with the test results.The results show that when the corrugated Angle is 45°,the bearing performance of the panel surface and edge is the best.The performance influence of three core layer cutting angles of 0°-90°,45°-45° and 30°-60° was tested by experimental exploration method.The results show that when the cutting Angle of the core layer is 45°,the performance of the screw on the adjacent two sides is consistent,which is more in line with the requirements of the plate.Based on the research results,a new 45° corrugated sandwich structure is proposed.2.Based on the above corrugated sandwich structure,a 45° corrugated sandwich composite plate is prepared.The influence of different corrugated type,thickness and covering material on the mechanical bearing capacity of 45° corrugated sandwich composite board was tested and analyzed,and compared with the traditional paper based honeycomb sandwich composite board,the performance advantages were analyzed.The results show that in the flat compression performance test,the flat compression strength of the composite plate can reach 0.3MPa-1.3MPa,and the flat compression modulus is between 7MPa-18MPa.The smaller the porosity,the greater the flat compression strength;Thickness has an effect on flat pressing performance,but the effect is not significant.The influence of the coating material on the flat pressing property is not significant.Compared with honeycomb composite panels,the flat compression strength is about 20%-200%higher.In the test of bending performance,the static bending strength can reach 1.5MPA-7.0MP,and the bending elastic modulus is 400MPA-1110MP.The bending properties are affected by different corrugation patterns,but the effect is not significant.The larger the thickness is,the smaller the static bending strength is.The buckling strength of MDF covering surface is greater than that of bovine cardboard covering surface.Compared with honeycomb composite panels,the transverse buckling strength can be increased by about 50%.There is little difference in the strength values of longitudinal static buckling.3.The influence of different corrugated type,thickness and covering material on edge sealing performance and screw holding performance of 45° corrugated sandwich composite board was tested and analyzed,and the performance advantages were compared with traditional paper based honeycomb sandwich composite board.The results show that the edge peeling strength can reach between 1800N/m and 3500N/m in the edge peeling performance test.The higher the density,the greater the peeling force;The larger the thickness is,the smaller the peel strength is.The peeling strength of MDF cladding surface is lower than that of cardboard board.Compared with honeycomb composite panels,the edge peeling strength can be increased by about 75%.In the performance test of gripping screw,the average gripping force of the screw on the plate reached about 420N.The average screw holding force of the board surface is about 270N when the board surface is jammed.The size of the side screw force is related to the corrugated type of corrugated board,the maximum side screw force is E corrugated 156N,the minimum A corrugated 78N.This paper provides a new type of corrugated sandwich composite board,which can be used as a reference for the development of innovative furniture materials.
