In September 2020,China put forward the major strategic decision of striving to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060.The large-scale application of"new energy with energy storage" has become an inevitable choice for China to build a modern energy system and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.Thermal storage material is one of the core of energy storage technology.It is of great significance to develop thermal storage materials with excellent performance and in line with industrial requirements.Inorganic molten salt materials have many advantages,such as good thermal and chemical stability,low saturated vapor pressure,large specific heat capacity,high melting heat and low price.Now they have been widely used in solar energy,wind energy,nuclear energy and industrial waste heat recovery as excellent heat transfer and storage media.In this paper,the common types of phase change materials and their selection principles are studied,the advantages and disadvantages of various phase change materials are analyzed,and the common preparation methods of ceramic matrix high temperature composite phase change materials are compared.Three kinds of porous ceramic matrix with different pore sizes were selected as phase change materials(PCM).Three kinds of filling materials(NaCl,KCl and low melting point inorganic glass powder)were used as phase change materials(PCM).Z-type high-temperature mastic was used for packaging.The composite PCM was prepared by pressureless sintering.The cross-section microstructure of the matrix and PCM was observed by SEM.The microstructure of the matrix,high-temperature mastic and PCM was analyzed by XRD The chemical compatibility and stability were tested by phase analysis.The weight loss curve and latent heat of phase change were tested by TG-DSC.The results showed that the latent heat of phase change was 179.8 J/g,the phase change temperature was 803.88?,the heat storage density was 472.48 J/g,the thermal conductivity was 4.93 w/(m·K),and the compressive strength was 21.9 MPa It has good heat storage and thermal conductivity,stable overall structure performance and good thermal cycle stability,which can meet the requirements of high temperature heat storage.
