Mining battery electric locomotive is the auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine,mainly for the transportation of gangue,equipment and materials in the mine.As one of the most commonly used energy storage equipment of electric locomotive,lead-acid battery has the characteristics of high energy density and high safety performance,but the disadvantages of low power density and slow instantaneous power response speed of lead-acid battery are gradually exposed.As an energy storage component,supercapacitor has high power density characteristics,and can quickly respond to the power change of electric locomotive,which can make up for the short board and defects of lead-acid battery.To sum up,the use of high energy density battery and high power density super capacitor in mining electric locomotive forms a new hybrid energy storage device,which realizes high energy density,high safety,high power density and rapid response to instantaneous power change,greatly improving the driving mileage and service life of mining electric locomotive.The research contents of this topic are:Hardware Design of battery/super capacitor hybrid energy storage system for mining electric locomotive and power distribution of energy storage device.Firstly,the hybrid energy storage scheme of mine electric locomotive is demonstrated.The steady-state power output of electric locomotive is still borne by lead-acid battery,and the transient power during acceleration and deceleration is output by super capacitor.In order to realize the power distribution control of the two kinds of energy storage devices,the bidirectional three-level DC/DC converter is used in the energy conversion circuit to control the output current and power of the supercapacitor.The power distribution of hybrid energy storage can be controlled by three-level DC/DC converter.The high power density characteristics of supercapacitors can quickly respond to power changes when they are in start-up or accelerated operation.Finally,through MATLAB/Simulink The platform is built to simulate the battery/super capacitor hybrid energy storage system,and the experimental platform is established.Through the simulation analysis and experiment,it is verified that the battery/super capacitor hybrid energy storage system can improve the instantaneous power response ability of the mine electric locomotive compared with the mine electric locomotive with single lead-acid battery energy storage,and can absorb the feedback electric energy when deceleration and braking,The endurance of electric locomotive is improved.Figure[40]table[4]reference[63]...
