With the rapid economic development and the rapid development of modern industry,basic fuel consumption is increasing day by day,and a large amount of CO2emissions have seriously affected the global environment and brought various environmental crises.As a form of natural gas,offshore oil and gas fields contain a large amount of carbon dioxide and methane.In addition,natural gas also exists in many forms in nature,such as shale gas,combustible ice,etc.,and its reserves are very rich.Methane is the main The ingredients have very broad application prospects.The catalytic dry reforming(DRM)reaction of methane can use CO2 and methane to produce synthesis gas(H2/CO),which is a very effective way and way to use carbon dioxide and methane.In this paper,a series of nickel-based catalysts were prepared by solution combustion method and impregnation method for methane catalytic dry reforming reaction.The main research contents and results are as follows(1)The Ni/Ce O2-CP400-H-Al2O3-600 catalyst was prepared by the ALD method,and the performance test was conducted through the DRM reaction.It was found that the increase in the Ni content,the reaction activity of the catalyst decreased,and the carbon deposit of the catalyst also increased significantly.,May be due to the increase in Ni content,making the active metal parts of the catalyst easier to gather together,so that the catalyst is more likely to deposit carbon.(2)Using silica sol-assisted solution combustion method to prepare Ni-Si O2-SC and Ni-Si O2-P-SC and using the impregnation method to prepare Ni-Si O2-GRJ,Ni-Si O2-P catalysts,through the performance test of DRM reaction,It is found that adding glycine during the preparation process can significantly improve the stability of the catalyst and enhance its ability to resist carbon deposition,but its reaction activity is not ideal and needs to be improved.(3)The Ni-Ce O2-SC catalyst,Ni-Ce O2-Si O2-G catalyst and Ni-Ce O2-Si O2-NG catalyst were prepared using the silica sol-assisted solution combustion method.Through the performance test of the DRM reaction,it was found that the solution combustion method was used.The activity and stability of the catalyst are obviously stronger,and the amount of carbon deposit is less.It can be seen from the TG graph that the Ni-Ce O2-Si O2-G catalyst has no significant weight loss.It can also be seen from the TEM that the Ni-Ce O2-Si O2-G catalyst has no obvious filamentous carbon.The obtained Ni-Ce O2-Si O2-G catalyst has higher activity at 700?,and the reaction activity remains basically unchanged after 20h.with spatial confinement effect,and the Ni particles confined by Ce O2 are smaller.Due to its spatial confinement effect,the stability and anti-sintering ability of the catalyst at high temperature are improved,and it has certain application prospects.
