In the process of production and processing of products,assembly operation is the final means of assembling parts into products,and the final performance of high-precision products is related to the quality of product assembly performance.Assembly sequence planning plays an important role in product assembly process planning.In the process of product assembly,the assembly sequence is used to guide the product assembly.Assembly sequence planning problem is a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem with multiple constraints.The assembly sequence of products is studied on the premise of satisfying the assembly process of products,so as to obtain the assembly sequence with good performance.Then reduce the product assembly cost,speed up the process of product assembly operation and make the product have good assembly quality.Based on the excellent performance of cuckoo algorithm,this paper puts forward the research of product assembly sequence planning method based on cuckoo algorithm,which is realized from three aspects: the construction of assembly sequence model,the construction of evaluation system and the generation of optimal sequence.Finally,it is verified by an assembly example,and then the performance of cuckoo algorithm in solving assembly sequence planning problem is verified.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on matrix approach to build the assembly information of products,used to quantitative description of the process of product assembly constraints,and introduces in detail the meaning of the three kinds of constraint matrix and using the bounding box technology and the theory of interference test based on Solidwork techniques to realize automatic generation process,assembly relation matrix efficiently and information extraction of assembly constraint relations.(2)In view of the imperfection of traditional assembly evaluation indexes,this paper considers the assembly priority relationship in the assembly process and the stability of parts after assembly,and constructs a comprehensive assembly sequence evaluation index and evaluation system.The meanings and calculation methods of each evaluation index were described in detail,and each index was defined quantitatively.The comprehensive evaluation function of assembly sequence was constructed,and the weight coefficients of each evaluation index were solved by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number.(3)Due to the assembly sequence planning is a NP combinatorial optimization problem,the strong binding for assembly sequence planning problem and the difficulties of the discreteness,this article uses the cuckoo algorithm for high performance of the calculation of the standard cuckoo algorithm for discrete operation defined and to levy flight mode according to the characteristics of assembly sequence planning problem was improved,so it can deal with discrete space optimization of assembly sequence planning problems.(4)Finally,taking the actual assembly process of a reducer as an example,the assembly sequence planning method and theory proposed in this paper are used to solve the problem,and common ant colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to compare and solve the problem,so as to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the assembly sequence planning method studied in this paper.
