| The evaluation of patent value in China started with the ’Asset Evaluation Criteria-Intangible Assets’ issued by the Ministry of Finance in 2001,and grew from the ’Guiding Opinions on Patent Asset Evaluation’ issued by the China Association of Asset Appraisers in 2008.During the development of patent value evaluation in the past 20 years,my country’ s evaluation industry has conducted empirical analysis and normative analysis on patent value evaluation theories,and has made certain progress.It has also resolved patent disputes such as Huawei and Samsung,patent acquisition by Huaxing Yuanchuang,and prevention of patent value loss.And other patent value evaluation cases.Under the background of China’s knowledge economy empowering the development of social industries,the metal packaging manufacturing industry continues to deepen reforms,companies increase investment in knowledge and technology research and development,patents,as an important embodiment of knowledge and technology,play an important role in the competition of the metal packaging manufacturing industry companies.Its value is self-evident.Patent value evaluation is to evaluate and estimate the value of patents.With the increase in the number of patents in the industry,its market economic activities become more frequent,and the demand for patent value evaluation is increasing.A true and reasonable evaluation of patent value can not only protect company assets and prevent value loss,but also reflect the degree of innovation and innovation capability of a company or industry.It can also provide a value measurement for its market economic activities and promote the effective operation of the patent market.However,the appraisal industry’s understanding of patent value is not comprehensive,its appraisal theory and appraisal criteria lack industry adaptability,and the appraisal method is unreasonably applied,leading to problems in the patent value appraisal process and unreasonable appraisal value.Therefore,how to scientifically and effectively evaluate patent value has become an important research topic.Based on the above background,the collation and in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign related documents,using literature research,case analysis and other research methods,combined with labor value theory,utility value theory,substitution theory and option pricing theory,to explain the connotation of patent value evaluation.Take the special metal packaging manufacturing company as an example,analyze the composition of the company’s patents,use the present value method to evaluate the patent value,and find that there are many problems in the actual use of the present value method to evaluate the value of the metal packaging manufacturing patent Clear,incomplete evaluation information,and inaccurate quantification of evaluation parameters,resulting in unreasonable evaluation results.Analyzing the above-mentioned problems,it is found that the causes of these problems include:lack of standards for the definition of evaluation objects,restricted access to evaluation information,insufficient objective and reasonable parameter quantification,and inappropriate selection of evaluation methods.Combining the analysis of the problems and causes,targeted improvement suggestions are put forward:standardize the criteria for the definition of evaluation objects,broaden the access to evaluation information,improve the evaluation parameter quantification system,and strengthen the professional competence training of evaluators.Finally,the evaluation object is clearly defined,the patent characteristics and market environment are reasonably analyzed,the option pricing model is selected,the option pricing method is used to evaluate the patent value of the special metal packaging manufacturing company,and the evaluation results are analyzed and compared to verify the scientific and scientific evaluation results.Rationality. |
