Most of the existing bamboo mildew inhibitors are organic ones,which are easy to pollute the environment and even affect human health.This paper with good biocompatibility of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAm)nano-hydrogel as wall material,natural antibacterial Citral as the core material,uses the soap-free emulsion polymerization PNIPAm/Citral clathrate and processing bamboo,slow-release characteristics of reusing clathrate release Citral,so as to realize the mildew of bamboo mold efficient environmental protection effect.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Under the action of hydrogen bond,PNIPAm successfully encapsulated Citral,forming a "core-shell" structure with Citral as the "core" and PNIPAm as the "shell".The average particle size of the inclusion complex of 88.1 nm,which was 57.04% higher than that of PNIPAm.The Lower Critical Solution Temperature(LCST)of the inclusion complex was 35.4?,and the reversible phase transition occurred at this temperature.(2)The addition amount of Citral had significant effects on the embedding rate,cumulative release amount and release rate of Citral.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: Citral dosage is 50 mg,reaction time is 2 h,reaction temperature is 25?.(3)The release rates of citral were 24.348% and 89.986% after the inclusion complex was released at 25? and 36? for 1024min,respectively,and the release mechanisms were in line with the first-order kinetics equation.After 1024min of release at 36?,the inclusion compound had a certain inhibitory effect on bamboo mold,but could not prevent bamboo mold.(4)When the pressure of 0.5 MPa,the impregnation time of 150min,and the concentration ratio of inclusion compound of 1,the optimal drug loading was obtained.The inclusion compound does not change the microstructure of the bamboo strip when it penetrates into the bamboo strip.The inclusion compound had a good control effect on bamboo mold and kept the natural color of bamboo.
