Coordination compounds are a kind of hybrid materials with practical applications due to their rich structure types, high stability and relatively excellent properties. They are very good in potential application, such as gas adsorption, separation, catalysis, fluorescence sensing and drug transportation. In the research work of this dissertation, binuclear copper complexes were synthesized, and their structural evolution and some related properties were studied. The main contents of the research include:Five binuclear copper complexes were synthesized,namely[Cu2(?-dppy)3Cl]Cl O4·H2O(1),[Cu2(?-dppy)3Br]Cl O4·H2O(2),Cu2(?-Br)2(?-dppy)(dppy)2(3),Cu2(?-I)2(?-dppy)(dppy)2(4)and[Cu24(L)12](DMF)12·x Guest(5)(dppy=2-(diphenylphosphino)pyridine,H4L=5,5'-((6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl)bis(azanediyl))diisophthalic acid). The structure of the product was detected and analyzed by an X single crystal diffractometer.1,2,3,and 4 are all binuclear CuIcomplexes. When the co-ligand halogen anions Cl-and Br-become I-,The core structure of the four complexes will evolve from clover type to butterfly type.Cl-with the smallest radius induces a clover-shaped core[Cu2(?-dppy)3Cl]Cl O4·H2O(1),and I-with the largest radius induces a butterfly-shaped core Cu2(?-I)2(?-dppy)(dppy)2(4),and the medium-sized Br-induces[Cu2(?-dppy)3Br]Cl O4·H2O(2),Cu2(?-Br)2(?-dppy)(dppy)2(3)with clover-shaped and butterfly-shaped core structures, respectively.Through Time-Dependent DFT(TD-DFT)calculations,it is found that their reaction processes are controlled by kinetics or thermodynamics, respectively. These binuclear copper complexes exhibit strong green photoluminescence.Compound 5 is a binuclear Cu?complex, which uses paddle-wheel[Cu2(RCOO)4]secondary structural unit(SBU)as the node to connect with the organic linker H4L ligand to construct a porous three-dimensional coordination polymer. The structure of the product was detected and analyzed by X single crystal diffractometer, and it was found that SBU and tetracarboxylic acid ligand were connected together, and the three-dimensional porous framework of the complex had three kinds of polyhedral cages. The materials were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, powder diffraction and thermogravimetric detection. We tested its adsorption performance for some gases, and the calculated result shows that it has a high specific surface area of 1291 m2/g.
