With influence of the current market environment of steel industry,price of raw fuel continues to rise,pressure on environmental protection is increasing,utilization rate of capacity continues to decline,and reduction of production costs has become the most effective market competitiveness of steel companies.Low-silicon pig iron smelting is the most direct and effective measure for iron mills to reduce the overall coke ratio and the cost of hot metal.In addition,the smelting of low-silicon pig iron can provide high-quality molten iron for the steelmaking process,which can reduce the addition of solvent in the steelmaking process,reduce the blowing time,and improve the life of the lining and the control of the converter end point,and reduce the cost of steelmaking smelting.Based on the evaluation of the stability of silicon content in molten iron,this paper studies the production control of stable silicon content in molten iron for the problem of stable control of silicon content in blast furnace molten iron,According to the historical data of Guofeng Company No.2 1780 blast furnace,the main factors affecting the stability of silicon content in molten iron are as follows:from raw materials,fuel conditions,air supply,charging,slag and other operational indicators,supporting equipment performance The characteristics,production and operation technology,mobility and rationality of organization and management,and damage to the cooling wall are studied.The main factors affecting the stable silicon content of molten iron in No.2 1780 blast furnace are studied and analyzed.First,optimize the operation of blast furnace smelting,through high wind temperature,high oxygen enrichment,large injection,on the premise of ensuring the proportion and quality of coal powder,ensure that the coal injection ratio is between 165?175kg/t;expand the mine batch to 45t Each class regularly monitors the CO2 content in the gas and controls it between 19%and 22%.The gas flow distribution is estimated in real time.Combined with the alkalinity of the raw materials in the furnace,the alkalinity of the slag is stabilized between 1.08 and 1.15,and the pig iron is controlled to contain S.Between 0.020%?0.040%,according to the content of Al2O3 in the slag,the MgO content in the sinter is adjusted in time.From October 2010 to July 2011,the silicon-containing fluctuation of pig iron is stabilized from 0.2%?0.78%to 0.2%?0.49%.The second is to control the quality of the raw fuel.Through the operation of the concentrate,the reasonable coke ratio is determined according to Guofeng's internal evaluation system.From August 2011 to December 2012,the fluctuation range of silicon in pig iron is stabilized from 0.2%?0.54%to 0.22%?0.49%.The third is the grouting and equipment maintenance work on the damaged part of the stave.From February 2014 to July 2014,the fluctuation range of silicon content of pig iron decreased from 0.25%?0.56%to 0.24%?0.5%.Therefore,the theoretical results applicable to the technical operation guidelines and parameters of No.2 1780 blast furnace are further summarized,which provides a powerful on-the-spot basis for stabilizing the blast furnace production and further stabilizing the pig iron content.
