Non-magnetic stainless steel has been widely used in many fields because of its good corrosion resistance,non-magnetic,mechanical properties and processing properties.With the technological upgrading of modern manufacturing industry,the requirements for steel materials are becoming higher and higher.The traditional non-magnetic stainless steel can not meet the needs of today's use.It is particularly important to develop more excellent non-magnetic stainless steel.Taking the self-developed 2115-3 non-magnetic stainless steel(abbreviated as 15-3 experimental steel)as the research object,the hot deformation behavior,hot rolling experiment,solid solution and aging treatment of hot-rolled sheet were studied,and the changes of the structure and properties of the experimental steel after hot processing and heat treatment were explored.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The hot deformation behavior of 15-3 experimental steel during high temperature compression was studied by high temperature single pass compression experiment.The experimental temperature was 950-1150?and the strain rate was 0.1-10s-1.The rheological stress curves of 15-3 experimental steel were measured,and the effects of deformation temperature,strain rate and deformation amount on dynamic recrystallization of experimental steel during hot deformation were studied.The evolution law of microstructures of 15-3 experimental steel during high temperature compression was studied.The activation energy of thermal deformation was 346.385 kJ/mol,and the constitutive equation of 15-3 experimental steel at high temperature was established and the deformation resistance was regressed.The mathematical model provides a theoretical reference for the actual hot working process.(2)The microstructures and mechanical properties of hot-rolled experimental steel were studied.The hot-rolled steel has good mechanical properties,such as 560 MPa yield strength,870 MPa tensile strength,44%elongation and 205J impact energy.The effect of different solution treatment processes on the microstructure of the experimental steel was studied.The optimum solution treatment process was determined to keep the steel at 1080? for 0.5h.Solution treatment has softening effect on the experimental steel.After treatment,the strength of the experimental steel decreases significantly and the plastic toughness improves.(3)The effect of different aging processes on the microstructure of experimental steel was studied.The precipitation law,composition and distribution of precipitated phases of experimental steel were analyzed.The optimum aging treatment process was determined as 700? holding for 8 hours.The mechanical properties of the finished product were 650MPa,851MPa,44%elongation and 108 J impact energy.The intergranular corrosion susceptibility of the experimental steel was tested,and the results showed that the corrosion resistance of the experimental steel was good.The magnetic properties of experimental steels with different cold deformation degree were tested.The relative permeability is 1.0063,which meets the requirements of magnetic properties of non-magnetic stainless steel.
