The thiosulfate leaching system is a clean and effective non-cyanide gold extraction technology.At present,many scholars have paid attention to this gold extraction technology and studied it.It has the advantages of non-toxic,fast immersion gold,low price,simple leaching equipment,good adaptability to ore,etc.However,the traditional copper-ammonia-thiosulfate leaching system requires high concentration of ammonia as a complexing agent,and there are safety problems such as ammonia leakage.This topic mainly studies the leaching experiments of three different types of gold deposits by Fe3+/Cu2+-M-thiosulfate system,and studies its application feasibility.For the gold concentrate calcine sample,the new thiosulfate system was used to study the influence of leaching conditions,such as the leaching temperature,the initial pH,the concentration of Cu2+,the concentration of M,the concentration of Fe3+,the concentration of N and the concentration of S2O32-.These factors can have the influence on gold leaching rate.The leaching results show that when the concentration of Cu2+ is 0.005 mol/L,the concentration of Fe3+ is 0.02 mol/L,the concentration of S2O32-is 0.3 mol/L,the concentration of N is 0.1 mol/L,the concentration of M is 0.2 mol/L,the initial pH is 10.5,leaching temperature is 50?,leaching time is 9 h,the liquid to solid ratio is 4:land stirring speed is 400 r/min,the gold leaching rate above 85%can be achieved.At the same time,Compared with cyanidation,The results show that the gold leaching rate is similar when the gold cyanide leaching gold and the new system leaching gold leaching.For the re-election of tailings samples in a gold mine,the leaching process conditions of the new thiosulfate system were studied,such as the leaching temperature,the initial pH,the concentration of S2O32-,the concentration of Fe3+,the leaching time,the concentration of Cu2+,the concentration of M and the concentration of N.These factors can have the influence on gold leaching rate.The leaching results show that when the concentration of Cu2+is 0.005 mol/L,the concentration of Fe3+ is 0.01 mol/L,the concentration of S2O32is 0.3 mol/L,the concentration of N 0.1 mol/L,the concentration of M is 0.15 mol/L,the initial pH is 10.5,leaching temperature is 70?,leaching time is 9 h,the liquid to solid ratio is 4:land stirring speed is 400 r/min,the gold leaching rate above 86%can be achieved..At the same time,compared with cyanidation,the results show that the gold leaching rate is similar when the gold cyanide leaching gold and the new system leaching gold leaching..For a copper-bearing gold ore sample,the leaching process conditions of the new thiosulfate system were studied,such as the leaching temperature,the initial pH,the concentration of Cu2+,the concentration of M,the concentration of Fe3+,the concentration of N and the concentration of S2O32-.These factors can have the influence on gold leaching rate.The leaching results show that when the concentration of Cu2+ is 0.005 mol/L,the concentration of Fe3+is 0.02 mol/L,the concentration of S2O32-is 0.3 mol/L,the concentration of N is 0.1 mol/L,the concentration of M is 0.15 mol/L,the initial pH is 10.5,leaching temperature is 70?,the liquid to solid ratio is 4:land stirring speed is 400 r/min and leaching time 9 h,the gold leaching rate over 61%can be achieved.At the same time,compared with cyanidation,The results show that the gold leaching rate of cyanidation is significantly higher than that of the new system when the gold cyanide method and the new system immersion gold method leaching the gold ore.
