Since the Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)was first reported in 2012,it has become the focus of attention due to its light weight,high safety,cleanliness,environmental protection and sustainability.TENG has shown great application potential in wearable electronic products,medical treatment,environmental monitoring and other fields.However,the common problems in current TENG research are poor durability and low output power.In this paper,nitrile rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene with good wear resistance are selected as friction materials,which is expected to prepare a TENG with good durability.In this paper,nitrile rubber membranes were prepared by molding method,film coating method,and electrostatic spinning method.In the preparation process,the electrical properties of the nitrile rubber are improved by adding conductive carbon black and graphene nanosheets,and adding electret SiO2,and the surface of the nitrile rubber film is roughened by screen treatment or template.Finally,the prepared nitrile rubber film and polyvinylidene fluoride film with strong wear resistance were used as friction materials to assemble TENG,and its output performance was tested.After experimental research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the preparation of nitrile rubber membrane by molding method,the electrical performance of the NBR membrane with the surface treatment of 300 mesh screen and the addition of 10%SiO2 and 10%conductive carbon black is the best.When the external load resistance is 300 M?,the maximum output power density is 30.00 mW/m2.(2)In the preparation of nitrile rubber film by the coating method,the performance of the nitrile rubber film sprayed with 1 mg/cm2 graphene dispersion is better,and the voltage can reach 210 V,which is 4.2 higher than that without graphene dispersion.Times.The performance of spraying 0.4 mg/cm2 silver nanowires is better,and the voltage can reach 150 V.It shows that the influence of graphene on the electrical properties of nitrile rubber membrane is greater than that of silver nano wires.TENG assembled with a nitrile rubber film sprayed with a graphene dispersion of 1 mg/cm2,when the external load resistance is 400 M?,the maximum output power density is 18.13 mW/m2.(3)In this paper,an electrospinning method was used to prepare nitrile rubber fiber membranes,and the best formula was found to be tetrahydrofuran as the solvent,the spinning solution concentration was 10%,the positive electrode voltage of the spinner was 12 kV,and the negative electrode voltage was-2 kV,the bolus speed is 0.2 mm/min,the receiving distance is 20 cm,and the needle size is 0.41 mm.The open circuit voltage of pure NBR is about 60 V,and the open circuit voltage of spraying 0.1 mg/cm2 GNF is about 210V.The open circuit voltage of NBR sprayed with 0.75 mg/cm2 graphene dispersion is about 210 V.When the external load resistance is 500 M?,the maximum power density is 18mW/m2.The best performance TENG prepared by the above three methods can light about 100 commercial LED lights.In this paper,the best-prepared TENG is used as a self-powered sensor to monitor human motion signals.Through the connection with the computer to collect the electrical signals of people in different exercise states to judge the people's exercise state.This paper also designs a turbine-type TENG structure,which is expected to be used in the oil drilling process to collect the kinetic energy of the fluid during the drilling process,and then to provide power for the drilling measurement-while-measurement system.
