The 5xxx aluminum alloy strip with trimming process is mainly through cold rolling to the downstream finishing process.The disc shearing is used as the final process of the finishing process of the aluminum strip strip trimming.The purpose is to produce a standard width and good edge quality.Strip,hope to solve the problem of the edge quality of the strip during the shearing process of the disc,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for improving the production efficiency and stable trimming quality,thus promoting the comprehensive benefits.In this paper,the 5xxx alloys,which are commonly used in the industrial field,are selected as the experimental materials of the alloy.The opening degree and linear velocity of the disc shearing equipment are the main research objects.The influence of measurement deviation,elastic deformation and compensation value on the opening degree is studied.The effect of the curve,the fitting power,and the calibration value on the line speed.Through the use of probability statistics,mathematical modeling,programming compensation,data analysis,function fitting and MATLAB calculation,six main research methods are used to study the influence of single change of disk shear opening degree and linear velocity parameter on experimental results.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)When the opening degree of the disc is set to 1150mm and 1250mm,the positioning measurement accuracy of the feedback under heavy load conditions is 0.1?1.0mm,and the total deviation caused by elastic deformation under the condition of heavy load of the fork is less than 8mm.(2)When the disc shear opening device has elastic deformation characteristics,the relationship between the measured value and the actual value conforms to the elastic hysteresis curve characteristic.The original calibration line becomes the two side edges of the elastic hysteresis curve,and the original calibration line is included in the elastic hysteresis curve.(3)In the bidirectional compensation function,the inward and outward compensation values are set on the HMI for the typical width of 1150mm and 1250mm,and the difference between the compensation values is 5,6,7,and 8.When the value is 7,the deviation is small,the opening accuracy is<=1mm,and the accuracy of 8mm before the deviation compensation is increased by about 0.9 orders of magnitude.(4)The deviation between the diameter of the coil diameter and the actual value of the coil diameter,in the case of the squeezing roller torque>=15%,the deviation average value is 15 mm,the fluctuation range is 9.5 mm,which is greatly affected by the external influence,and the squeezing roller torque is<15%.The mean deviation is 18mm and the fluctuation range is 3.5mm,which is less affected by external influences.(5)Change the highest power of the polynomial in the polynomial fit of the roll diameter deviation correction.When the power is<=2,the matching result is not high enough to match the expected result data.When the power is>=4,the highest power factor is too small for PLC programming calculation.When the power is=3,the coefficient is[4.5709E-08,-0.00043729,0.63582,2385.1].(6)The deviation of the calibration value affects the proportion of the effective calibration result.The effective result is 100%in the central area of 0.5%.The calibration is valid throughout the area.If the calibration deviation symbol is the same,the effective result is 0%immediately after the central area is exceeded.If the deviation sign is different outside the area,it will show a rapid decline.The effective result is mostly within 5%?20%.
