Most of China's gold enterprises to the flotation of gold concentrate treatment method is mainly using cyanide method to recover the gold and silver,due to the nature of gold concentrate and operating conditions,the gold and silver in the gold concentrate can not be completely recovered,and the residue has higher grade gold and silver,besides,the residue also contains copper,lead,zinc,sulfur and arsenic.,iron and so on,if these valuable elements are not effectively recycled,will inevitably lead to waste of mineral resources.In addition,the cyanide residue contains a certain number of CN-,long-term stockpiling will cause environmental pollution.A company in the gold and silver wet smelting process each year to produce a large number of cyanide tail slag containing cyanide,tail slag contains both toxic cyanide and contains a certain amount of gold,silver,iron and other valuable elements.After many aspects of investigation,the current industrial application of more cyanide tail slag harmless treatment process has magnetized roasting process and melting process.The former mainly uses cyanide tail slag as raw material,through the reduction of magnetized roasting,flotation,magnetic selection technology,gold and silver iron and other valuable metals for recycling.The melting pool smelting process makes use of the existing oxygen-rich bottom blowing system,handles high sulfur concentrate,copper concentrate,cyanide tailings mixed materials,sulfur concentrate provides the heat needed for smelting,uses copper concentrate to make melting pool and as a gold and silver catcher to treat cyanide tailings,to achieve the purpose of recovering cyanide tailings gold and silver 'iron.In order to select a more feasible process,in order to carry out industrial application,carry out the study of the harmless comprehensive utilization of cyanide tail slag,and carry out the relevant tests of the magnetized roasting process and the melting process of the melting pool respectively.Through the laboratory and semi-industrial testof of the reduction magnetized roasting,flotation and magnetic selection process,it is concluded that the process can realize the harmless treatment of cyanide tail slag,and produce iron powder and a small amount of gold concentrate powder,in the element recovery,the reduced roasting temperature is higher under the condition of 1210 to 1230?,the recovery rate of iron is higher.Can get TFe?90%,?Fe?93%of the iron powder products,but by the reason sion wrapped,gold and silver recovery rate is low,gold recovery rate is 53%,silver is only 18%,other valuable elements can not be recovered,affected by this,can not achieve the balance of input and output,poor economy.Industrialization test of the melting and gold-hunting process of the melting pool,it is concluded that the process can also realize the harmless treatment of cyanide tail slag,because of its use of mineralization form,in terms of processing volume does not have an advantage,but because of its high recovery rate of gold and silver,have reached more than 97%,and can achieve a variety of metal elements integrated recycling,its economic high temperature reduction roasting,flotation,magnetic selection process is much higher,the future through the adjustment of mineraldistribution,can achieve the project's input and output balance.The process of comprehensive recycling of cyanide tail slag can not only bring great economic benefits to gold mining enterprises,but also have good environmental benefits.
