The steel production process is long,the production process is complex,and the production process is accompanied by the use of multiple energy sources and the generation of secondary energy.An effective way to reduce the energy consumption of steel companies is to study the balance between energy supply and demand.This paper extracts the energy supply and demand coordination optimization problem of steel enterprises from actual production.According to the supply-demand matching problem caused by the difference between the supply and demand of oxygen system,the coordination optimization problem of oxygen system is studied,and the utilization of oxygen is improved by modeling.Achieve the economic operation of the entire system.Aiming at the complex relationship and dynamic characteristics between the energy supply and demand of the multi-production line in the steel rolling line area in actual production,this paper studies the energy coordination optimization problem in the rolling line area,and uses the optimization software and the approximate dynamic programming algorithm to solve the static and dynamic coordination optimization problems respectively.Solve and design and develop the energy supply and demand coordination optimization system for steel enterprises.The specific research work is as follows:1)Considering the balance between supply and demand of oxygen supply and demand system,considering the contradiction between the continuity of oxygen supply and the intermit of oxygen demand,research on the coordination optimization of oxygen supply and demand system,establish a model of the problem,consider The constraints include the capacity limitation of the oxygen generator,the oxygen compressor,the liquid oxygen tank,the fluctuation constraint of the pipe network operation and the continuous time of the oxygen generator operating state.The CPLEX software is used to solve the problem model to obtain the optimal solution,and the results are evaluated and analysis realizes the optimization of the economic operation of each unit in the oxygen system and the balance between oxygen production and demand.2)In view of the imbalance between energy supply and demand in the actual production of the rolling line area,the problem of coordinated optimization of energy supply and demand is proposed.Considering the processing order relationship between the production lines in the rolling line area,when the production plan of the production line changes,the demand for energy also changes,and it is necessary to coordinate changes in energy demand.With the goal of minimizing the comprehensive energy cost,considering the constraints of energy supply capacity,secondary energy generation capacity,energy outsourcing requirements,and production line output,a static model of the problem is established,and the CPLEX solver is used for different scale problems.Solving the problem verifies the correctness of the model and the difficulties that the optimization software faces when solving large-scale problems.3)Considering the dynamic characteristics of energy price,energy supply and demand in the actual production process of steel rolling line area,study the dynamic coordination optimization problem of energy supply and demand,and design an approximate dynamic programming algorithm.Based on the analysis of the dynamic energy coordination allocation problem,the model under the framework of ADP(Approximate Dynamic Programming)is established,and the state variables,decision variables,external random variables and state transition functions of the problem are designed.The short-sight strategy in the ADP solution strategy is used to solve the problem.The performance of the algorithm is verified by the actual data of 7 production lines in the rolling line of the steel enterprise.The relationship between the convergence of the algorithm is analyzed based on the experimental results.4)Design and develop the energy supply and demand coordination optimization system for steel enterprises for the actual demand of steel enterprise production.The system mainly coordinates and optimizes the energy supply and demand for each production line.The main functional modules include basic data management module,energy configuration module,and solution.The solution analysis module provides effective decision support for energy coordination optimization problems.
