According to the production process characteristics of 5182 aluminium alloy for automobiles and the equipment characteristics of the author's factory,this paper studied effects of composition optimization,rolling and heat treatment process control on the structure and properties of 5182 aluminum alloy sheet for automotive interior decoration.The purpose of this paper is to develop the preparation process of 5182 aluminium alloy sheet for automobile interior decoration by the existing equipment level of the enterprise,and to provide technical support for expanding the market.The effect of alloy composition,cold rolling deformation,intermediate annealing and finished product annealing on the structure and property of the 5182 alloy sheet was studied in this paper.And the main results were as follows:1)The tensile strength and yield strength of the cold rolled sheet(1.2mm)of experimental coil 1 decreased slightly with the increase of annealing temperature during annealing at 320-400? for 2h,while the elongation increased slightly with the increase of annealing temperature,the tensile strength of the different sheets was between 287-292MPa,the yield strength was between 144-148MPa,and the elongation was between 24.5-25.7%.The tensile strength and yield strength of the cold rolled sheet(1.2mm)of experimental coil 2 decreased slightly with the increase of annealing temperature during annealing at 320-400? for 2h,while the elongation almost didn't change with the increase of annealing temperature,the tensile strength of the different sheets was between 296-299MPa,the yield strength was between 148MPa-188MPa,and the elongation was between 23.6-23.8%.2)The final cold rolling deformation and recrystallization annealing treatment have an important influence on the properties of the sheet.The sheet of with 30-40%final cold rolling production and followed with annealing at 380? for 1 hour owning optimal comprehensive mechanical properties,and the grain size was 30-40?m,the yield-strength ratio was reduced to 0.44,the elongation was 26.8%.3)The composition of 5182 sheets for automobiles should be controlled at Si content of 0.04-0.08 wt.%,Fe content of 0.12-0.18 wt.%,Cu content of 0.030 wt.%.,Mn content of 0.20-0.25 wt.%,Mg content of 4.70-4.95 wt.%.The hot rolling process is 500 ?for start rolling,310-330? for finish rolling and the thickness after hot rolling was 5.1mm.The thickness change of cold rolling process is 5.1mm-3.2mm-2.2mm-1.7mm-intermediate annealing-1.2mm,and then was annealed at 380? for 2h.4)The mechanical properties of 5182 aluminium alloy sheet produced by box annealing process in all directions(0°,45°,90°)meet the Shanghai General Relevant Label.The fracture strength in all directions is greater than 270MPa,the yield strength is greater than 110MPa,and the elongation is greater than 23%.5)5182 alloy deep drawing sheet can be industrialized by box annealing process.The sheet is suitable for stamping parts of automobile engine hood inner plate and wing plate,and can meet the needs of relevant technology.
