Design And Implementation Of Cost System For Baotou Steel Corporation ERP

In recent years,in the wake of the rapid development of Steel industry,the competition becomes fierce,traditional steel enterprises could hardly get market advantage by technology or capacity of production.So improve the level of management and reduce unnecessary cost are the most important channel to enhance competitiveness in this situation.Information construction is the most effective means to enhance competitiveness,so improve the informatization level is extremely urgent for steel enterprise.This topic aims to solve the problem of Baotou Steel Corporation,like confusion of the management,by building ERP.The Cost System is one of the most important system of ERP,designing a perfect Cost System,could help Baotou Steel Corporation to integrate all the steps from purchase to market,and also could reflects the output,stock and production cost.This design based on JAVA language,J2 EE system architecture,MVC framework and DB2 database.This thesis analysed the design concept of cost system,the construction method of system framework,the core functionality of cost system and the data collection methods under the premise of comprehending the system requirement.The thesis also explained the testing method and show the completed system in the end.The design of cost system has achieved the expected results,the cost data collecting function and the cost accounting function could work perfectly and the computed result also could be checked.After three months' trial operation,the inventory check has got a great achievements,cost accounting could complete in three days instead of ten days,all the cost analysis report could be generated in one day.The system has achieved all the expected target perfectly.
