Under the background that environmental protection has begun to receive widespread attention,the economic and social development model has also shifted more toward resources and environmental protection.During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,my country proposed to change the development model and vigorously develop the development prospects of green environmental protection industry.In the 2018 State Council's plan for remediation of environmental pollution,my country will continue to promote the comprehensive treatment of industrial pollution sources in the next ten years,and incorporate online flue gas detection into many penalties for exceeding standards.Each region has designated a local "Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War" according to its own.The environmental governance of iron and steel enterprises has once again received high attention.In 2020,the "13th Five-Year Plan" will be closed and the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan" will be planned.Industrial development and environmental protection will be the first to promote the management of sintering machine flue gas.This paper mainly studies the application value of the rotary spray drying semi-dry desulfurization process(SDA method)in the 180m2 sintering machine flue gas desulfurization system based on PLC.On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign research,the principle and characteristics of this process are explained in detail;the characteristics of sintering flue gas and the requirements related to SDA(Spray Drying Absorption)desulfurization are analyzed in detail,appropriate equipment is selected,and the appropriate process is proposed.Design scheme and automation control scheme.According to the technical requirements of SDA,an automatic instrument control scheme suitable for the SDA semi-dry desulfurization system and the software and hardware configuration,control program and man-machine interface of the PLC system are designed,mainly including: high and low voltage power supply and distribution,core equipment transmission,I /O node distribution,PID control,communication network,etc.Through continuous testing and improvement of the control scheme,the best control parameters suitable for the system are found,and the functions of distributed control,monitoring,result display,interlocking control,over-limit alarm,management and other functions are realized based on the programmable controller,and a stable system is obtained.The outlet SO2 concentration minimizes the influence of the operator's intervention on the continuous stability of the system.Improve the automation level of the three-electric system,and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system.The development and application of this technology provides a set of new solutions for the pollution control of sintering flue gas in iron and steel enterprises,and serves as a reference and demonstration for the promotion of SDA technology in sintering flue gas desulfurization systems.Since the project was put into operation,the operation is simple,the failure rate is low,the operation is stable,and the desulfurization efficiency is high.The SO2 concentration at the system outlet can be well controlled within the required range,so that the emission of sintering flue gas meets the ultra-low emission standard.
