Research On Financial Risk Evaluation System And Control Of Z Metallurgy Corporation

In recent years,the rapid economic development in China has led to complex market environment and more fierce competition.The enterprises are faced with the challenges and threats of all kinds of uncertain factors.Financial risk is a comprehensive reflection of various risks that the enterprises face.Therefore,how to evaluate the financial risk and effectively control the occurrence of financial risk has become an important concern for the sustainable development of the enterprise.Z-corporation is a traditional metallurgy enterprise which is faced with financial risk and evaluation problems.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the financial situation of Z-corporation through corresponding data in its financial statements,and identify its financial problems.Secondly,we analyze its risk evaluation method,find out the deficiencies,and build a complete set of financial risk evaluation system for Z-corporation according to its own characteristics.First,select the fundamental financial data and construct the index system,use the entropy method to calculate the index weight;then the comprehensive scoring method is applied to the study.Financial risk is comprehensively evaluated to determine the risk level.Finally,effective control measures are put forward based on financial risk assessment results.After reading relevant documents,this thesis takes the industrial characteristics of Z corporation into consideration,and uses a comparatively objective method to construct the financial risk evaluation system model by adopting the theoretical study and case analysis method.This thesis is dedicated to the research of financial risk assessment and control of Z corporation,which can promote the importance of financial risk awareness,strengthen the management of financial risk in order to reduce the possibility of the financial crisis.
