In the world's shortage of conventional oil resources,the development and application of heavy oil has become an important task of China's oil industry,heavy oil density,high viscosity,transportation difficult,emulsified and viscosity is a kind of economical,efficient heavy oil transportation method,can improve the edge oil wells and hot recovery difficult areas of heavy oil recovery rate,and emulsifier stability is poor,selective,Therefore,it is very important to study the high efficiency and universal surfactant compounding system.In this paper,the best emulsifier formulation was selected by selecting a block of heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield,new emulsifier formula with excellent anti-stick effect was selected through surfactant recombination,and the effect of negative polymer polyacrylamide HPAM on the stable performance of heavy oil emulsion was explored.The experimental selection of non-ionic surfactant AEO-15,the metateter mitochont,inorganic alkali Na2CO3triple compounding system has excellent anti-stick effect.The results show that using AEO-15 alone as a reducing adhesive can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil to 219 m Pa·s,viscosity rate has reached 76.7%,misoandandandn and AEO-15 surfactant compounding can reduce viscosity of emulsion to 62m Pa·s,while adding Na2CO3to the triumstorate system not only increased the viscosity rate to 95.1%,but also reduced the oil-water interface tension of the emulsion system to 10-2orders of magnitude,with better emulsification performance.The viscosity of the O/W-type emulsion system after the addition of polyacrylamide is maintained at around 40 m Pa·s,and the stability is greatly improved.The experimental focus beam reflection measuring instrument used the FBRM focused beam reflection measuring instrument to monitor the distribution of the microscopic droplets of emulsion liquid under the action of the compounding surfactant,and studied the relationship between the size and distribution of the droplets and the viscosity of the emulsion,and further made a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the surface actant formulation.
