As a new generation of stone mining tools,the combined rope saw has the characteristics of less energy consumption,less pollution and wide application,especially in stone shaping and large-scale building demolition.However,as a processing tool in the new era,the combined rope saw group saw machine is obviously insufficient in theory and experiment.It is easy to cause some unnecessary troubles,such as the unevenness of the processing surface,the breakage of the bead string,etc.due to the improper vibration of the combined wire saw group saw when the combined wire saw group saw is used to process stone materials.Therefore,it has become a key problem to study the dynamics of the combined rope saw in engineering application.In this paper,zjp56 combined rope saw group saw machine is taken as the research object,the specific work is as follows:Firstly,according to the structure of the combined wire saw group and the actual working conditions of the bead rope,the structure of the combined wire saw group is divided into bead rope module and gear train module.Since the gear train body is rigid body structure,polyurethane layer is flexible body,the generalized dynamic equation of the gear train is obtained by calculating the kinetic energy of the gear train.The finite element method is used to model and analyze the bead rope module,the kinetic energy and potential energy functions are obtained,and the dynamic model of the bead rope module is established.The nonlinear dynamic model of the combined wire saw group sawing machine system is obtained through the gear train dynamics equation and the bead rope dynamic equation.Secondly,in order to get the solution of the combined wire saw group,combined with the characteristics of the established dynamic equation of the combined wire saw group,the first step is to decouple it,introduce multi-scale time variables,use multi-scale method to analyze the equation,and get the first approximate solution of the combined wire saw group saw system.In order to analyze the vibration state of the combined rope saw group system,the multiscale method is used to analyze the dynamic equation of the system,to find out the vibration mechanism of the system,so as to obtain various types of Vibration Factors of the combined rope saw group system.Based on the above research,in order to analyze the vibration state of the combined wire saw group saw system,according to the vibration mechanism of the combined wire saw group saw system,the multi-scale method is used to analyze the main resonance,superharmonic resonance and combined resonance of the combined wire saw group saw system.Through the analysis of the vibration of the system,the optimal axial running speed of the bead line of the combined rope saw group is 25.76m/ s? 29.75m/ s.
