The concept of quantum dots has been established for decades,and there are endless innovations in element selection and preparation methods.Many attempts have been made on the preparation methods of the predecessors.In this thesis,while improving some of the processes for preparing quantum dots in a one-pot method,the causes of their phenomena are also analyzed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)One-pot preparation of low-toxicity and high-brightness indium phosphide quantum dots: By studying the effect of adding Zn on nucleation of In P nucleation during nucleation,the effect of different nucleation time on the fluorescence efficiency of quantum dots,and different shell materials and thickness Influence on the fluorescence efficiency,a preparation process for preparing In P/Zn S core-shell quantum dots was optimized,and indium phosphide quantum dots with a luminous efficiency of more than 50% were finally obtained.(2)Preparation of one-pot white-light quantum dots: Quantum dots with different fluorescence peak-type core-shell structures are synthesized by self-assembly by adjusting the molar amount of each reactant,and the color is controllable and finally prepared A pure white light quantum dot with three fluorescence peaks. |
