Free radical reaction,also known as free radical reaction,is a variety of chemical reactions involving an unpaired electron group.Free radical reactions mainly include photoinitiation and initiator initiation.At present,photoinduced free radical reactions have a wide range of applications.With the rapid development of science,solar energy plays an important role in catalyzing chemical reactions,especially photochemical reactions which take up a large proportion in inducing free radical reactions.With the research of researchers,visible light catalysis chemistry becomes particularly important in organic synthesis.Visible light chemical reaction energy saving,clean,saving characteristics for the development of atomic economy,step economy of green synthetic chemistry into vitality.We designed and studied visible light catalytic reaction and developed a visible light catalytic coupling reaction without photosensitizer,metal complex and oxide.This reaction does not require the participation of additional catalysts to achieve a direct coupling reaction to generate new c-o,c-s and s-s bonds.Compared with the traditional synthesis method,this strategy is a green synthesis method,which avoids the use of photosensitizer and reduces the occurrence of side reactions under mild reaction conditions.Therefore,the main content of this paper includes the following parts.Part ?: studies on the synthesis of s-s bond catalyzed by visible light.This chapter has carried on the comprehensive discussion to the related literature.Through the screening and comparison of different solvents,the optimal reaction conditions were selected: organic bisulfide compounds with different substituents were synthesized by taking thiophenol or thiol of 1.0 equivalent as the substrate,using anhydrous ethanol as the solvent,and using photocatalytic reactions without photosensitizer,metal complexes and oxidants.The advantages and disadvantages of the literature synthesis method are summarized.Part ii: studies on the synthesis of c-s bond catalyzed by visible light under the condition of no photosensitizer,no metal complex and no oxidant.In this chapter,visible light catalysis is used in photochemistry.Monobromophenone compounds are reacted with different mercaptans or thiophenols as free radicals,so as to synthesize-carbonyl thioether compounds with different substituents.This method is green,fast and efficient.Part iii: organic bisulfide compounds are synthesized by the action of small organic molecules.This is a highly efficient synthesis method for the construction of s-s bond.In this chapter,2,2,2-tribromophenone is used as the initiator to synthesize a series of organic disulfide compounds with different substituents.The method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and wide application range of substrates.
