The people take food as their heaven,and food safety is the fundamental and basic guarantee for the healthy development of the country.With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people are paying more and more attention to food safety.China is the most populous country in the world,and the regulatory situation of food safety is even more severe.As a main ingredient of pesticides and a feed additive,cyromazine will appear and accumulate in water bodies,crops,animal foods,and will cause great impact and harm to the environment and human beings.Therefore,ensuring that cyromazine is used within a reasonable range is of great significance to the ecological environment and human safety and health.The early analytical methods for cyromazine were liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),capillary electrophoresis(CE),and immunoassay Wait so on.Although these technologies are highly sensitive and accurate,they usually require pre-concentrated extracts,and advanced detection equipment and professional operators.The complex,time-consuming and costly features limit their applications.In addition,several new methods have been developed in recent years for detecting cyromazine,such as fluorescence,chemiluminescence,spectrophotometry,and surface Raman spectroscopy.These methods are simpler and cheaper to operate,but still require professional testing equipment and cannot meet the requirements of on-site instant detection.Nowadays,with the rapid development of intelligent technology,smartphones usually have megapixel cameras,which are good equipment for image acquisition and optical inspection.Therefore,they are considered as an ideal portable analytical instrument,which is very suitable for instant detection.In this paper,A simple,fast and accurate detection of cyromazine is achieved based on Tween 20 modified gold nanoparticles and smartphones.The specific research content includes the following two parts:1)Preparation of citrate ion-terminated gold nanoparticles by microwave synthesis.Introduction Tween 20 to ensure that gold nanoparticles can maintain good performance and stability in complex detection environments such as high salt ion concentration and various p H environments.At the same time,after encountering cyromazine,the amino group of cyromazine can exchange ligands with citrate ions on the surface of gold nanoparticles to form Au-N bonds,causing the gold nanoparticles to aggregate,and the solution color gradually changes from red to blue.2)Develop a mobile phone program that uses a smartphone as a colorimetric detection and analysis device to analyze and calculate the color of the detection system and compare it with the analysis results of the ultraviolet spectrum to confirm the accuracy of the method.The detection limit of this method is 0.04 mg / kg.This method can be used for the immediate detection and safety evaluation of cyromazine residues in food.
