Superhydrophobic materials are favored by scientific researchers for their excellent water repellency and self-cleaning,anti-icing,anti-corrosion,anti-acid and anti-reflection performance.After more than half a century of research,super-hydrophobic coatings based on nano-silica have made great progress,but for different surfaces of building materials,the surface of this super-hydrophobic coating also has obvious disadvantages.These disadvantages are mainly reflected in the insufficient adhesion between the coating and the substrate,resulting in the coating being easily peeled.Under linear or range frictional damage,the coating loses its superhydrophobicity due to its abrasion resistance.In the face of rain in the natural environment,due to the continuous damage caused by snow and sunlight,the coating cannot maintain superhydrophobicity.Based on the above problems,this article has conducted in-depth research on silica-based superhydrophobic coatings.Mainly prepare highly super-hydrophobic coatings to improve friction reduction performance,study the combination method of nano-silica and friction reduction materials,and optimize the ratio parameters to obtain the best performance coatings.The main work of this article is as follows:Investigate the wear-resistant materials that can be used in combination with nano-silica,summarize the common characteristics of wear-resistant super-hydrophobic coatings,select the wear-resistant material polymethyl methacrylate as the research object,and explore silica and polymethyl methacrylate.acrylic acid.Method for obtaining bound methyl esters by physical mixing.By combining hydrophobically modified silica with polymethyl methacrylate,a white coating with excellent superhydrophobic ability can be obtained,thereby improving the performance of pure nano-silica to form a fragile coating.Aiming at the low adhesion between the coating and the substrate,explored a series of adhesives to improve the versatility of superhydrophobic coatings on various building materials,and obtained BYK333 and nitrocellulose as the main ingredients of homemade intermediates The pores of polymethyl methacrylate can be loosely enlarged in the superhydrophobic coating,and the modified silica part is embedded in the pores of polymethyl methacrylate only in the upper part of the coating.Polymethyl methacrylate itself will not be completely covered by silica,and its network structure will also be preserved.As a result,the adhesion between the coating and the substrate will increase due to the force of the intermediate layer.And significantly improved the abrasion resistance of the coating,with excellent anti-icing and corrosion resistance.
