Impeller structure is widely used in space,navigation,energy and power.The blade structure of impeller has poor rigidity and it is a thin-walled part of complex curved surface.It is easy to deform the blade in the process of machining.This article mainly studies the deformation of the blade under the action of milling force,and analyzes the deformation of the blade in the process of milling with finite element software,probes into the optimization problem of cutting parameters,improves the production efficiency and reduces the cost consumption.The main contents of this research are:According to the principle of metal milling,the parameters such as tool type,cutting parameters and machining allowance are determined,and the dynamic milling force model of cylindrical milling cutter is established,and the milling force at different cutting factor levels is calculated by orthogonal test,which provides data support for subsequent finite element analysis of applied load.Based on the solid model of blade,the finite element analysis of blade structure strength is ANSYS Workbench.The influence of the position of the contact point on the deformation of the blade is obtained.Blade deformation function was fitted by MATLAB,and the blade deformation function was determined by comparing the goodness of fit of single factor and orthogonal factor regression.This paper studies the method of cutting parameters optimization,establishes the highest production efficiency,the lowest processing cost,the minimum deformation of blade and the minimum roughness of blade surface as the optimization goal,creates the optimization objective function,and determines the constraints and the selection range of cutting parameters.The optimization model of single-objective and multi-objective cutting parameters is established,and the cutting parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm toolbox.To sum up,this paper optimizes the cutting parameters through the study of the deformation of blade milling,which lays a foundation for reducing the deformation of blade machining,improving the precision and quality of blade machining.
