China has always been a big grain country,and rice is the main grain for most of our people.However,at present,China is still short of fine rice processing,and high-quality rice depends on imports.Paddy separators as an important step in the processing of rice,has a great impact on the quality and efficiency of rice production.Among them,the separation plate of the paddy separator directly determines the quality of the grain rough separation.However,the adjustment of the position of the separation plate depends on the judgment of the human eye and will not be adjusted for a long time after the initial adjustment.This will undoubtedly cause a decline in paddy separation efficiency,affecting the quality of rice processing.Therefore,the automatic and precise control of the separation plate is very meaningful for improving the quality and efficiency of rice processing.The machine vision technology is introduced into the control of the separation plate of the paddy separator,which automatically recognizes the dividing line and adjusts the separation plate in time.The main contents:(1)Analyze the working process and characteristics of the paddy separator,and put forward the overall plan;(2)Detailed study of image processing algorithms required;(3)Make control system plan,select and design control system hardware and software;(4)Design image processing steps,obtain the boundary information of the separation of grain and rough,and analyze the problems in the actual work process in detail.
