With the continuous development of modern ultrasound technology,the technology is widely used in various manufacturing fields.Among them,ultrasonic welding technology has begun to replace other traditional welding technologies due to its advantages of more environmental protection and energy saving.For example,low power ultrasonic welding equipment is used in the production of masks and protective clothing and other medical fields.In addition,high-power ultrasonic metal welding equipment is applied to the power supply parts of new energy vehicles.Therefore,the technology has been continuously studied and developed.In terms of ultrasonic metal welding,as the application field increases,the types of materials processed also tend to diversify,and there are higher requirements in process requirements and energy control.Therefore,the study of energy control methods and process changes has more important engineering significance and value in the application of multiple products.Firstly,the research background and significance of energy control in the field of ultrasonic metal welding are briefly described,and the current research status of ultrasonic metal welding technology in processing process,welding mechanism and information acquisition are respectively introduced.The principle,characteristics and classification of the technology in practical application are introduced in detail.The ultrasonic metal welding platform is built on the basis of the ultrasonic plastic welding platform.Through the research and analysis of multiple ultrasonic metal welding processes,the use of processing information and changes in process parameters to analyze the impact of energy on processing quality during processing.The experimental results show that the process of ultrasonic metal welding can be divided into three stages,the energy output in each stage is significantly different,they have different roles in the welding process,and also have a very important effect on the welding quality.The experiment is further carried out by changing the pressure parameters.The experimental phenomenoncan show that the pressure has an influence on each stage of the welding process,and the energy output method and the final processing quality have greatly changed.Finally,through the conclusions of the three stages of the ultrasonic metal welding process,two different experimental studies were carried out on multilayer metal material weldments and different dissimilar metal weldments.The experimental results of multi-layer metal weldments show that to achieve good connection of different layers of weldments,different process parameters need to be changed,and at the same time,each stage of the welding process and the output energy will also change differently;The experimental results of dissimilar metal weldments show that the arrangement order of metal materials has different effects on the final welding effect and process parameter requirements.According to the results,a good arrangement order can be higher welding efficiency and better welding quality.By summing up the machining results of two different welding styles,the corresponding welding quality evaluation standards are obtained respectively.
