As a permanent connection technology,welding is widely used in metals and metals.Welding power supply as a heat source is becoming more and more intelligent and precise.With the development of productivity and the improvement of production technology,the welding industry's requirements for equipment hardware,intelligent control,welding process,etc.are also getting higher and higher.In this paper,the power system,communication system,human-computer interaction and wire feeding system are built to form a complete welding system.On the basis of this welding system,the process experiment and related research of flux cored wire 2X7 are carried out.The power supply system adopts the peak current PWM control scheme,and the power supply control,wire feed,display interface,etc.establish communication through CAN and SPI.The mathematical model of the wire feed system is established,and the step response curve of the wire feed system is obtained through Simulink simulation,which guides the debugging of the wire feed and assists in finding the appropriate PI coefficient.The solderability of flux-cored wire 2X7 was studied,and U-I mode DC pulse welding and hot wire welding process experiments were carried out.Welding parameters are based on peak voltage Up,base current Ib,peak voltage time TUp,pulse period T as research factors,and the amount of spatter,standard deviation of welding current during peak voltage,and weld morphology are used as evaluation criteria.Find flux-cored wire 2X7 in Stable welding parameters under UI mode DC pulse welding and optimization.In the case of realizing stable welding with U-I mode DC pulse welding,the composite hot wire was studied the maximum deposition rate under different hot wire current Ire conditions and the relationship between different deposition rates and weld penetration and dilution rate.Welding samples welded with flux cored wire 2X7 were inlaid with metallography,polished,and polished,and the hardness distribution of the weld was measured using a hardness tester.The hardness distribution was statistically analyzed,and the hardness and wear resistance at different dilution rates were studied..Experimental results:(1)Dry elongation l=18mm,wire feed speed V=8.8m/min,the optimal welding parameter combination of flux cored wire 2X7 under UI mode DC pulse welding process is peak voltage Up=39V,base current Ib=106A,peak voltage time TUp=8ms,pulse period T=10.5ms.(2)Obtain U-I mode DC pulse composite hot wire welding using new flux cored wire 2X7 after welding Weld cross section hardness longitudinal and lateral distribution regularity.(3)After obtaining the U-I mode DC pulse composite hot wire welding,the relationship between the dilution rate and the hardness and wear resistance.(4)The composite hot wire can effectively improve the deposition rate of the UI mode DC pulse welding,and reduce the dilution and loss of the new flux cored wire2X7 alloy element in the base material,reduce the dilution rate,and thus enhance the hardness and hardness of the metal weld surface.Wear resistance.
