The combustion performance of propellants,including the burning rate and pressure index,has a direct impact on the fracturing effect of the projectile.Propelling rate modifier is one of the best choice to adjust the combustion performance of propellants.With less dosage,high activity,good effect.The influence of burning rate regulator on the pyrolysis performance of the main components of propellants can be estimated to predict their effects on the combustion performance of propellants.In this paper,perovskite metal oxides such as LaFeO3 and graphene-based perovskite metal oxides such as GO/LaFeO3 are mainly prepared.At the same time,The effect on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate is inspected.It provides experimental support for further development of high-performance combustion rate regulator and improvement of the fracturing effect of the gas generator.The main research contents are as follows:LaMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)and NdMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)are prepared by self-propagating combustion method,and the optimum calcination temperature of NdMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)are discussed by XRD,the temperature is set to 600,700,800 and900?,respectively,and the optimum calcination temperature of NdFeO3,NdCoO3and Nd Ni O3 are 700?.At the same time,GO/LaMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)and GO/NdMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)are prepared with graphene mass fraction of 5%,10%,15%and 20%.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and TEM.The effects of the above catalyst on the thermal decomposition of AP is explored with DSC.the results show that they have a catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP:In three kinds of metal oxides of LaFeO3,LaCoO3 and LaNiO3,LaCoO3 has the highest catalytic activity on AP,which decreases the peak temperature of AP by 107?.In three kinds of metal oxides of NdFeO3,NdCoO3 and NdNiO3,NdCoO3 has the highest catalytic activity on AP,which decreases the peak temperature of AP by 123?.The best percentages of GO for GO/LnMO3(M=Fe,Co,Ni)are 15%,and the pyrolysis peak temperatures of AP are reduced by 99,138 and 113?,respectively.The best percentage of GO/NdFeO3 is 15%,which decreases the peak temperature of AP by 117?.The best percentage of GO/NdCoO3 is 20%,which decreases the peak temperature of AP by 140?.The best percentage of GO/NdNiO3is 10%,which decreases the peak temperature of AP by 132?.The catalytic activities of La and Nd on the thermal decomposition of AP is Nd>La,The catalytic activity of Fe,Co and Ni on the thermal decomposition of AP is in the order of Co>Fe?Ni.
