With the rapid development of economy,cold rolled strip are applied in automobile,household appliances,food packaging,construction,defense and aerospace technology more widely.The strip production industry has been developing rapidly.High quality and high value-added cold-rolled plate with the demand for products is constantly increasing.As the closest to the finished product in the production process of cold rolled strip,it plays an important role in improving the quality of strip steel plate and improved the mechanical properties of products,controlling the surface roughness of finished products.First of all,the shape calculation model of two stand temper mill was analyzed.Combined with the equipment and process characteristics of 1420 two stand temper mill,the shape simulation software was developed.The effect of strip shape section shape,bending force,rolling force,tilting roll parameters of the product quality of strip shape are analyzed in detail and we realized the off-line shape simulation with the actual rolling parameters.Subsequently,the shape control of the 1420 two stand temper mill was studied from two aspects of comprehensive optimization of plate shape parameters and the research of roll profile modification technology.Given full consideration to the potential of all the control means of the shape of the unit as well as to keeping the front tension and the transverse distribution of the pressure between the rollers uniform,a set of shape parameter setting model is proposed;In view of the problem of strip shape which is easy to appear in the special flat thin strip process unit and roll on the implementation of the phenomenon,the transformation scheme of the original unit roller type was implemented.The work roll was changed into flat roll with single face-off and the supporting roller type was transformed into cosine curve with two characteristic parameters which achieved good effect.At last,aimed at settling the problem of strip warping defects in the flat production,the defect morphology and formation mechanism and influencing factors in the process of formation of the warping defect was analyzed in detail and experiments to explore the reasons of the warping defect was planned.Based on the strip work roll roughness of the initial set of numerical optimization of warping defect control technology,we effectively control the finished strip warping defect.
