With the contract volume of DCR products increasing,the users' demand for product quality and variety is also getting higher,and promoting ability of DCR stable rolling in the range of material deformation to developing and producing new use products has become the main technical problem of enterprises.In the actual production,the slip value and rolling force are small under small deformation,and the Jumping phenomenon is very easy to appear in result of unstable rolling.The slip value and rolling force exist gap under large deformation.It seriously impedes developing and producing new use products.this paper gives a deeply research on stable rolling model and control technology in double cold rolling process.The main research contents are as follows:The related parameters of stable rolling are tracked in the field.By taking real-time data from the unit,the law of rolling stable rolling under large deformation and small deformation is analyzed.The factors influencing the rolling stability of DCR mill are quantitatively researched by means of related real time data of process parameters.On the basis of the cold rolling model that has been derived,the correlation coefficients in the stability related model are modified by combining the experimental data and the calculation results.So that the stable rolling model can be obtained.And correspondence between related process parameters and rolling stability can be quantificationally analyzed.Therefore,the rolling stability under the limit deformation can be controlled by changing the process parameters under different working conditions.On the basis of DCR computational model,the maximum and minimum of the limit deformations are taken as objective function,and Rolling force,front slip value,no Jumping phenomenon and so on are taken as constraint conditions.So that stable rolling capacity under the limit of deformation can be obtained.After stable rolling model and control technology are applied to field test,the large and small limit deformation is greatly expanded,and rolling stability is greatly improved.
