With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,and the optimization of material life,contemporary office space has become a place of high anxiety,because office space involves complex personnel relations,fierce competition and huge work pressure.It is also accompanied by intensive brain activity and creative output.Statistics show that more than half of the working people in China have psychological problems.With the rapid increase in the number of people suffering from psychological disorders and sub-health status,it has attracted great attention from the country and related fields.At the same time,in the context of the sharing economy,co-working is gradually accepted by more and more young people and entrepreneurs,but co-working is more prone to anxiety than traditional office space because of its brand-new operating model and space The organization form causes users to feel anxious because of the noisy and unfamiliar working environment,dense crowd flow,lack of security and privacy of work stations,and the lack of sense of domain and belonging.Office furniture,as an important part of the joint office space,is also an important carrier for users to produce and work.However,current research on office furniture in China focuses on the use of modeling,style and new materials,ignoring the office furniture's psychological The guiding role of emotions and health.How to provide users with efficient,scientific,healthy,and humane caring work experience through office furniture design has become a very meaningful subject research.This article first summarizes and describes the current status of anxiety prevention theory and joint office furniture at home and abroad.Through analysis,it is found that the current domestic anxiety prevention theory is mostly used in medicine,psychology and pedagogy.However,the joint research on anxiety prevention theory and office furniture design is lacking.Moreover,the current research on office furniture in China focuses on the use of modeling,style and new materials,and ignores the guiding role of office furniture on users' psychology,mood and health.This subject is based on on-site field investigations,through user surveys on the users of the joint office,to study the colors,functions,shapes,and materials of the joint office furniture.Secondly,on-site field research on joint office furniture,mainly using on-site observation method,on-site interview method,questionnaire survey method,according to the furniture type,shape,function,color,material,user characteristics,existing problems and other dimensions of the survey The results are analyzed and summarized.At the same time,a case analysis of excellent foreign products of the same type was carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of domestic existing joint office furniture and design influencing factors were obtained.Provide data support and reference for later joint office furniture design.Thirdly,survey the users in the joint office space.Collected the factors that cause anxiety in the office process,the problems that users think of office furniture,the functions they want to add,the use characteristics of office equipment,and the office form and posture.Visual analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey results in a comprehensive design guide for the appearance and function of the joint office furniture,providing real and concrete solutions for design practice.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of anxiety prevention theory,site visits and user surveys.The design method of joint office furniture to prevent anxiety was obtained.The color of the design scheme is based on the color preference experiment of anxiety patients and the nine-color experiment results of Austin,USA.The shape of the design scheme is based on the cluster analysis chart and distance model obtained by SPSS analysis.The function of the design scheme is based on the ranking of user needs.The degree of matching with anxiety theory is determined.
